well the scouter measures there power levels, it would not detect what is not their natural physical power.vv

So again, this measure is only useful for something like the Hulk vs Goku. It wouldn't be able to measure most superheroes that fall outside of the raw strength / brawler archtype.

You could measure some Scrappers and Tankers but not Blasters, Defenders or Controllers. ( >.> to anyone that gets that )

I guess you could say all the One Piece, My Hero Academia characters are roughly 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai level of strength. Where Piccolo Jr. could lay waste to an entire city. Then you have you Magi and Seven Deadly Sins characters being a tier above that in my opinion. Vegeta supposedly had the power to destroy Earth from the first time he fought Goku so that already puts them in a league most anime don’t get close to. By the end of Z they should have been able to destroy solar systems but in all honesty we only saw that with Kid Buu and the non-canon Broly.

If we are basing it on physical strength alone you’d be right in that some characters can compete with Dragon Ball ones. But when Ki waves are involved it isn’t fair.

'you do know how their powers work right? final flash is like an object equal to WHAT HE CAN LIFT sent at a target and high speeds. that's how basic Ki attacks work.

Vegeta
18,000 meaning his attack at min was hurling energy at the force of 37800 tons moving at speeds far above speed of sound.. it would wreck earth.. but don't forget its a charged attack meaning using time to build it up he could triple the force of that attack. 'so yes even at that power level he could really do a number on earth.

Not sure how true that is if you really get down to it.

Someone did the math and it takes roughly 225,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 joules of energy to "destroy" an earth sized planet. And that's with just enough energy to force everything out at escape velocity. Hell Vegeta was able to do that at a PL of 18,000, and Piccole blew up the moon when he was around like what 400? And Master Roshi was like 180 when he blew up the moon. Granted it takes 1800 times less energy to blow up the moon. Still the sheer absurdity of energy being tossed around is just silly. To me it feels like the Ki attacks are leagues above what any of their physical strength are close to capable of. Acting as a force multiplier even before charging up.

But if we take that 432 ton rock from your picture and lift that 1 meter. That's roughly 4,237,920 joules to raise it up, as an example. And Roshi wasn't able to lift that up? And yet still destroys the moon with zero trace of it left, at a PL of 180. And too accomplish that would take far and away more energy then our earth destruction number.

Anyways I've already spent too much time on this lol. I don't know if it was suppose to be cannon or not on how Powerlevels were measured in Dragonball. And I know this is just for fun anyways.

Thanks Vegeta well said.

True it takes a lot of Joulse of force, but did you factor in speed of mass thrown at the target? Example what would a 100 pond man moving at 5 times the speed sound would generate in force wen he crashes into something?

how to measure ki attack impact or force... (0.5xmax lifting power)x velocity squared

Now to another character Colossus
power level on scouter 47.6 other skills that might come in handy in the dbz world.

1. 6 ft 7 in
2. He is portrayed as quiet, honest and virtues
3. Colossus is able to transform himself into metallic form increasing his defense greatly.
4. wile metallic he does not need to eat or breath. so yes he can live even if he stuck in space.

taking his power level in account he is stronger than child Goku pre turtle hermit but weaker than them during the tournament arc.

Do to his skills and nature I do think Goku and him would get along and he might even get invited to train with the master Roshi
'so if he was placed in dragon ball I believe he easily become one of the cooler Z fighters threw out the series.

so what do you think?
