What about the auto play button is it coming back? Can I go back to the old player? SOMEBODY ADVISE!!!!!

I can finally view the videos now.. Before, CR was still or 'IS' still using Flashplayer?

I like the fact I can play videos at 480p and higher without constant buffering or random freezes, but not having a button to manually skip to a new episode and getting kicked out of fullscreen when going to the next episode? This tells me the new player isn't finished and should not have been released to everyone yet. Can't complain too loud though when I'm currently a free user and still able to get my fix in HD.

I just tried to load a video and the player never loaded.

I tried loading http://www.crunchyroll.com/angolmois-record-of-mongol-invasion/episode-11-the-sun-god-of-tsushima-775030 and it's just a blank screen, no box even appears.

Looks like adblockers block the video, even for premium accounts. If you shut off your adblocker, it works, but you really shouldn't have to do this.

Why can’t I turn off autoplay / why does autoplay take me out of fullscreen / why doesn’t autoplay work on my browser?

Some autoplay functionality may not be available on the new player at this time, but we are working on continuous improvements to the player and you should expect to see these addressed shortly!

I am not able to play any videos at all totally blank or white. So not so great

so now i have video but in chrome i don't like chrome i suppose if it really is a Microsoft issue then fine but i wish
this would work in IE i guess i'm just a bit use to it

Another browser....all i use is IE, it comes installed so why would i download chrome, firefox, or any other browser to watch crunchy?

That's a Microsoft thing. They quietly "removed" HTML5 from IE11 awhile ago in Windows 7. Dunno if it's still there in Windows 8 or 10 version of IE11. They're pushing you to use Edge instead of IE11 and/or newer versions of Windows.

If it isn't working in Edge, then I dunno what to tell you.

I was forced to use Chrome. I was using IE11 myself in Windows 7.


thank you, this was all I needed to know. If crunchyroll knows this then maybe they will make an option to choose your player so us with IE don't get left behind
