Player not working on Microsoft Edge is UNACCEPTABLE!

Dear CrunchyRoll staff.

As a viewer who has long had a premium account with your website, I am thoroughly fed up with the state of your service!

I choose to use the default web browser, Microsoft Edge, For my internet use. Now It has been nearly two weeks since your site has functioned for me! Your old player had issues but at least it ACCTUALLY played! I will not accept solutions like: "Download the browser of another company" , "Download our buggy Windows 10 APP", :Download this html player from a sketchy site". I pay you each month so I DON'T have to bum around with virus ridden web pages and clustering programs I don't want to deal with! I pay you each month so I can see new shows as they air! NOT whenever you get around to fixing the core fundamental of your service.

Now I'm not so arrogant as to speak for others, but I have HAD IT! I'm giving you just three more days to fix this issue before I cancel my premium subscription and find another company that has it's priorities straight!

You've been my way to watch anime for three years! I'd prefer to patch this up and move on. But when a company is failing to deliver the service I pay them for? Well only a fool would keep paying them.

People use Microsoft Edge? While it is wise to be skeptical, you cannot reason a wise distrust where there is intentional ignorance. In any case, as a major browser, Crunchyroll's player should work.

Is it a flash player issue? You may need to enable your browser to play the flash player. The reason being that many browsers disable it due to flash being a vulnerability.

Cr is rolling out the HTML players, which may fix the issue.

Others users have been able to use Edge without issue, aside from being unable to select a lower playback resolution. Only Internet Explorer is having complete playblack blocking to my knowledge.

Just use firefox or chrome. You don't wanna get hacked man.

For those that don't know, Edge is the only browser on Windows 10 that will play 1080p video - chrome and firefox max at 720p.

This needs to be fixed!

odd I have firefox and it is default with 1080p, to be honest I've noticed there are no other options other than 1080p to stream anymore. I have windows 10 and have no problem with firefox. do you have the latest adobe? what about the latest firefox? using any add-ons that there could be related issues?

Adobe Flash hasn't been used for the video player on CR since the end of September 2018.
