Okay so I started a free trial on this website and I had to add my card and all, but I planned on cancelling it before they charged me. However, after I cancelled the premium membership, I still got charged. So I cancelled it again and looked to remove my card, but there wasn't an option to. The next month I got charged again. Once again I tried to remove my card and still could not find the option to and could not delete my account. I have contacted support three different times to remove my card and each time they put me on the premium membership again. I literally cannot get rid of my premium membership and cannot remove my card. Should I just contact my bank at this point? Please help! I don't want this account and I don't want to be charged anymore!

have you tried submitting a ticket and being clear, giving details and asking for assistance in either removing the card information or by cancelling it. support are busy people and tend to reply to ticket submissions when they get them and in that order. if you've tried all other options then you might have to call your bank and ask them to cancel it for you, however, be forewarned, there's a chance they might want to cancel that one and force you to get a new one because they will/might conclude it stolen.

however I did run across this link so maybe this can help https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/articles/204538129-How-do-I-cancel-my-membership- sometimes they aren't very helpful with the cancelling thing, uncertain why, but that's how it is.

Contact your bank, explain the situation. Some banks work with people on this issue, some don't.

Also keep at CR customer service, demanding your refunds. That is, as long as you've kept copies of your previous email/messages to customer service. As long as you have proof (the emails) of you trying to cancel and it not letting you, they have to give you a refund.

Good luck. (Future refs. It's best to use a Paypal account when subbing to any streaming site in case stuff like this happens. Easier to cancel subs from Paypal than it is off websites sometimes.)

Are you using your card through a PayPal account? You must cancel PayPal recurring payments here:

https://paypal.com/myaccount/autopay

Or did you subscribe through iTunes? If so, then you have to cancel through Apple support. CR can't do anything about Apple's billing system.

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

I mention those, because you said you can't find any options for your card. If you have a stored card, that page is here, and if not, it should still list your payment method:

/acct/billing

Otherwise, what is the "Payment Method" and or the "Current Billing Method" on this page?

/acct/membership

If it truly is a stored credit card, and not one of those other methods, then I wish I could help, but going back to the /contact form is the only way to contact staff here.

The card is a stored card and there are no options in the billing page to remove the card from my account. It only says I can edit the card.

There was only one cancellation attempt logged on your account on 9/14, a couple of hours after the most recent renewal. This cancellation attempt was successful. I've now terminated your subscription and refunded the latest charge, as you haven't used the service since late August. Your bank will likely take 3 to 5 business days to process the refund.

Hi, I've tried to cancel my premium account twice now, is there a reason support is taking so long to answer my query?

You will need to use a pre-paid or re-loadable visa card.
That way when they try to charge you it won't work.
If the card is empty then you aren't out any money
