Hi there,

Whenever I open the iOS Manga app it is not able to get past the authentication screen. Is this an isolated problem with my setup, or is anyone else able to confirm this problem?

Thanks!

I've been stuck on the authentication screen for some time too. It isn't you.

Same here. Was working fine earlier in the day.

At least I am not the only one with this issue, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and it fixes it for awhile (less than a day).

This is ridiculous. It was working fine yesterday, and now the app isn't authenticating at all. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

This happens to me a lot, in both the iOS manga app for iPhone and iPad. The solution I found was to uninstall the app and then reinstall it, but even after that it continuous to happen.

I have never gotten the manga app to actually work and it is becoming pretty frustrating :/ I get “login request failed” and stuck on authenticating constantly. I’ve tried all the basic trouble shooting.
