For some reason videos don't even show up, but they do on any other site like youtube, facebook, reddit etc.
I have tried chrome and edge, regualr and incognito mode and even reinstalling chrome, but nothing seemed to have fixed the issue.
EDIT: I have confirmed that this is the same for every show on the crunchyroll website.
Any suggestions to what I should do would be great.

One troubleshooting technique you can try (not just for this problem, but others in the future) is to create a new Windows account on your computer, and try again under it. If you find you still have the problem, that account is easily removed without affecting anything, and if it works, you know the issue is somewhere in your configuration.

CR's player definitely works for me under both Chrome and Edge, which means aside from your computer, the only other place the issue could be is the server your location is streaming from.

I have confirmed that it works on my PC using a virtual machine and on other PCs in my household. Now I know that the issue is on my PC. Any idea what could've caused this?

Ad-blockers, script blockers, tracking blockers, privacy extensions, like duckduckgo, for examples. There are things that need to be whitelisted:

Now I know that the issue is on my local PC. Any Idea how to fix this?

OK. It's working now. appearently I just had to turn on and off data collection. I don't know why this would do anything, but it works now.
Thank you.

I have the same issue. I just began my free 14-day trial. I am pretty upset that I did this and no videos are appearing. I was able to watch anime on the free account using the same laptop. I do not know what happened.

Okay, I've disabled adblocker and now ads are repeating themselves instead of continuing the video. Before anyone says anything, I disabled Adblocker after having this problem.

Crunchyroll is experiencing major stability issues and Hardware malfunctions this is a normal part of the service simply seek other sites for anime viewing as these issues with functionality continue without being fixed the apps simply do not work on my iPad and iphone7 today’s error appears every video after the commercials play
