Guessing by this post My Hero Academia will still stream on here once the 4th season is released? Welp I guess time to finish up Trigun, Galaxy Railroads, and Garo that have been sitting in the Queue for a while.

Only negative is now I have to sub to yet another streaming service

Edit: If they take all except the Simulcasts then thats a pretty decent sized chunk taken out of the library.

This is absolutely horrible. These last two years have been AWESOME with the expanded library and now it's all going to go away? Crunchyroll remained the best streaming site in part thanks to this deal...I am very confused why this is happening. Why can't the deal remain intact? At worse I would expect it to be revised and lose some shows but not the whole thing...

Alright boys... its time we make Sony hurt. Lets boycott their stuff... lets raise hell. Lets sue them as a collective.

There goes my need for VRV or CRP.
There isn't much new stuff to offer on HD and I won't be paying for Funi.

Guess back to the old days of watching it on third party websites.

So is this why my Re:Zero Season One Part Two pre-order has been delayed? I wouldn't be surprised if it was.

Maybe Crunchyroll doesn't wanna post a list of funimation anime going away right now because that list is too large.

I hope we find out which series will be affected soon. I'm currently watching three series that might possibly be removed (due to them being catalogue titles that came from Funimation, if I remember correctly), but I want to know for sure so that I can know whether I should prioritize them in order to finish them before they go away. Also, there may be some other series that I might want to watch before they leave.

With Aniplex putting their titles on Wakanim, Sentai putting their titles on HiDive and Amazon and Netflix grabbing a significant portion of every season, the selection on Crunchyroll in Scandinavia has been hollowed out significantly already. Now that Funimation titles are leaving (and for a service that isn't available here to boot) we're left with a shell of what Crunchyroll was once shaping up to be.

Funimation taking their toys and putting them back behind region lock is a major blow for legal streaming in my region, as we'll be back to a third of the season being unavailable, only now with the remaining two thirds spread over five different services instead of just Crunchyroll. It's getting increasingly hard to justify paying for a streaming service. ANY streaming service, when they each have only a handful of the shows every season and barely any catalog. Crunchyroll was the one exception since you were always guaranteed to get SOMETHING worthwhile here, but this split will likely be the end of that.

Agree. And the flood of canceled premium memberships to follow, won't be pretty.

I pay for content, limited content does not appeal to me.
