Chile is not affected as Funimation's Titles (Except My Hero Academia and Attack on Titan) were only available in the United States, they were Blocked to Watch in Chile and many ohter Spanish Countries in Latin America

Could you give me a source on this? (I wasn't able to find an article or page saying this). I like collecting the home releases so if Viz is handling Crunchyroll's stuff now...

Well, I couldn't watch most of Funimation's licence anime titles because for whatever reasons most of the anime licenced by Funimation are not available in my region due to limited copyrights or some garbage like that.
