This is just ridiculous. Half the time the apps never work, I don't even know the last time I had an update for it. Both the PS4 and Xbox app are garbage, especially the Xbox version. Yet here they are, pumping our money into a half baked cartoon. How about updating your infrastructure and apps for the consoles first? Or is that too much to ask. This has been going on for a long time now... It's just sad. Really feels like you don't care at all. Guess I shouldn't be surprised though, been here for a while...that's probably going to change.

I use the Xbox app frequently, and though I agree it's lacking in features, I believe the functionality has always been solid. Never fails to play.

The CR app on the Fire TV Box however, that regularly needs to be wiped and log in again.

My xbox app always lags in the menus, sometimes the images not even showing. Also when some shows are under updated, the new episode isn't there. Sometimes hours at a time. Currently Zombie Land Saga is missing episode 5 on the app for me.

And it's still bad. Just cancelled. If they ever improve, I might come back. Have fun.

Agreed. The Android TV (via NVidia Shield) application has all kinds of issues, mostly from scrolling through selections and having the app crash as a result. The PC app also crashes constantly when switching to a new episode, or fast forwarding. Basically, CR seems to be incapable of hiring programmers that know how to code anything that can handle UI icon movement.

if you're able try VRV but it's not that complicated and doesn't malfunction as much, at least we're able to view things without being on the net/laptop device sort of thing so I don't mind. it could be worse.
