I have been described as one of those people. Especially at work, they constantly tell me why are you so happy and cheerful. To which I always reply with the same answer: why the hell will I ever come to work grumpy & moody and make work miserable.

I think they mistaken being happy all the time with positivity.

Personally I can be overly happy and joyous simply because of my religious beliefs. This keeps me pretty smiley most of the time. I don't let anything bother me because I give God control. I don't fret over sin because God took it away. I pursue good things and it makes me feel good. I am content with what I presently have. If I die then it's ok because God will take me away. Also I really love health and it makes me look and feel great.

I don't want to be happy all the time. I want to be happy only sometime.

I try to act happy around others because no one wants to be around a sad person.

Perhaps some people are just built that way and always see the positive and don't dwell on the negative. Perhaps it's chemicals in our blood which can influence our baseline mood.

I'm certainly not one of those people as I can't seem to get naturally excited or happy about most things, but I do like being around cheery, happy-go-lucky people. I enjoy their company.

i knew a two people like that at my last job and they ended up dating. The one guy had a drinking problem but he was always so laidback and friendly always making jokes happy to see everyone and the girl was just super extroverted and i think being around people simply made her happy if you see the "always happy" people long enough you will see their bad unhappy days. Its like seeing someone whos really skinny eat a ton of mcdonalds and you wonder how the fuck they are so skinny but then you then dont see them not eat for a day or forget meals and you wouldnt know you only saw them eat all that mcdonalds. People can be really good actors as well.

Being happy is a choice. I believe that even when you are feeling bad you can make yourself feel good by thinking good thoughts that makes you feel good. The key thing about becoming happy by choice is being aware of yourself. That is how I turned around my mental and emotional state. It's all a state of being caused by the spiritual mind. Your mental and emotional state affects your physical state as well. Even your physical state can affect your mental and emotional state. When I would feel bad I would just smile and that made me feel good.

If you have been feeling bad for a long time it's going to take time to feel good using your intent since you are doing a lot of reprogramming of bad mindsets.

Proof that intent affects your physical reality. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=au4qx_l8KEU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOp-bxNug5A Even meditation causes crystals to form like that. This video shows water being affected by intention. You are mostly made out of water.

I just seem happy all the time due to disosiating all the time, plus all the trauma and abuse I've gone through has helped me numb myself to a lot of emotional pain I've gone through...

theyre sick and stupid

part of the human condition is the ability to suffer on occasion. perpetually happy people are an insult to the meaning found in enduring the pains of living.
