Being the only serve I'm currently subscribed to, my list only really includes Crunchyroll simulcast titles available to Scandinavian regions.
WATATEN!: an Angel Flew Down to Me - An easy to watch and enjoy feel-good anime. Honestly, I'm a bit surprised by how well it manages to make me have a silly, happy grin on my face.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime - My biggest obsession in quite a long time really, I love this series. Shion is the best waifu and my favourite character. Rimuru is one of my favourite protagonists in quite a long time (more thanks to the light novel though).
ENDRO! - A surprisingly funny DQ parody title, that also never fails to bring a smile to my face, like Wataten, although for different reasons. Seira (the elf) is the best girl.
Enjoying a lot:
VIRTUALSAN - LOOKING - Only really enjoying this because I'm fond of virtual youtubers though. I wish Shizuka Rin and Kaguya Luna were part of the main cast.
Hinomaru Sumo - It is a pretty interesting shounen sports anime. It isn't going to make me a sumon fan and I did prefer the more seinen Gura Zeni from last season as a sports anime (which actually made me more interested in baseball), but the creators definitely did manage to make the sumo in Hinomaru Sumo intense and interesting to watch.
The Quintessential Quintuples - Only actually watched two episodes so far though. So far it isn't quite up to many of my favourite harem series, such as Monster Musume (main weakness is the characters really, though that can be easily forgiven, having only gone through two episodes). My favourite girl so far is Yotsuba for sure.
My Roommate is a Cat - Honestly, the art style is a big turn off for me and the title originally turned me away. Subaru's similarity to me kind of drew me in however, and I ended up seriously enjoying the anime, ended up shedding even some tears so far (I cry easily for fiction though). Perhaps the biggest surprise for me this season.
The Price of Smiles - I'm not a big fan of the uncommon style of storytelling honestly, but I do enjoy this show. The old LoGH series did have the advantage of having over 100 episodes, but I feel this show could have taken some reference from LoGH to be better.
The Rising of the Shield Hero - Isekai is my favourite "genre" these days, but honestly, I'm not too fond of heavy underdog and extremely negative settings such as the one in Shield Hero. It's not really a satisfying experience to me in a sense (though episodes 2 and 3 I found really enjoyable).
A Certain Magical Index - Each episode has comments, such as "I can't understand what is going on" written in them, and I can understand why. I really need to rewatch the old seasons first, yet I still somehow end up watching the weekly new episodes of the new season. Lessar is awesome.
Fairy Tail - Not really enjoying Fairy Tail as much as I used to. It might be just that I'm not used to watching the series as a weekly show.
Girly Air Force
Mob Psycho 100
Barely watching it:
Black Clover - I can't handle watching, or rather, listening to Asta's voice too often...
Grimms Notes the Animation - The problem is really in the mismatch of the source media and the adaption. Not that I have played the original game, but it isn't often that a good game makes a good anime.
Magical Girl Spec-Ops Asuka - It is too brutal for my tastes really. I mean, I really enjoyed Madoka, but I'd rather watch something dealing with emotional trauma than physical torture.
Rainy Cocoa SideG
Planning to watch:
BoogiePop and Others
GeGeGe no Kitaro
How clumsy are you, Ms. Ueno?
My Winter 2019 favorites:
The Rising of the Shield Hero.
Star Blazers 2202.
Sword Art Online: Alicization.
The Promised Neverland.
Girly Air Force.
The Magnificent KOTOBUKI.
probably watching anime. . .
I watch about 15 or so animes from each season but will not include all in this list. I love all genres so I will not be biased to only one specific anime and such.

My natural preference is skewed towards the romance genre so those get weighted a little more than other titles and those shows have lived up to my expectations so far. I usually don't favor Isekai too high on my lists, but Shield and Slime have delivered on quality so far. They're the same genre but their approaches are so different yet equally interesting to watch. I guess the two surprises for me this season have been My Roommate is a Cat and Meiji Tokyo Reinka. The former I didn't have too high of an expectation but every episode now is a feels trip. The latter is not as bad I thought. The characters aren't as annoying as I would expect a reverse-harem to be. The middle of the pack shows have all had their moments and have had good episodes every week but none of them have left a huge impact on me so far. By the season's end, I expect Dororo to probably rise on my list, and maybe Boogiepop after the Imaginator arc is over (wasn't really feeling it).
Best of the Week: Carole & Tuesday
current watchlist for this season, ranked
1. Run with the Wind
3. Promised Neverland
4. Reincarnated as a Slime
rising of shield hero
Spring watchlist: Dororo, Fruit Basket, Demon Slayer
2. Cat Roommate
4. Mob Psycho 100
10. Shield Hero
15. Kemono Friends 2
Yeah, peace peace.
Promised Neverland - Other than the story itself, the "camera angle" is really excellent.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime - While I don't like OP protagonist, the story is fun to watch.
Kaguya-sama: Love is War: I laugh to death every episode, and Chika is a huge bonus.
My roommate is a cat: This is actually unexpected, but it's a really heartwarming show.
The Quintessential Quintuplets - Miku, what else I need to say.
Endro! - Girly slice of life, RPG element is a bonus.
The Rising of the Shield Hero - I wish I can say it is excellent, but the recent episodes is losing its charm.
Kemurikusa - if you can look pass the CGI, the story is quite interesting. Rina is cute, btw.
Magical Gril Spec-Ops Asuka - First couple of episodes is meh, but getting better.
Boogiepop and Others - I wish it can focus on one character per arc instead of jumping around, even if I understand why they do it.
The Price of Smile - it has its charm, but seeing one side keeps winning is kinna throwing me off.
Watch it just to see how the story goes
Kemono Friends 2 - It is not that tanoshii, I just want to know what happens between S1 and S2
Girly Air Force - It can be worse
Pastel Memories - The way they do parody is too obvious makes it quite bored to watch.
Mysteria Friends - Just not my cup of tea.
Rainy Cocoa - This 2 minutes show is hard to get into.
Sword Art Online: Alicization - No longer have the motivation to continue
Domestic Girlfriend - Losing interest after 2 episodes
I dropped more than I expected this season.
My ratings with only a few episodes to go
9/10 so far
My Roommate is a Cat
It nails pet behavior. It's also a very poignant tale about a guy feeling regret over how he interacted with his late parents and figuring out how to improve himself using that regret, and how to form a new family.
The Price of Smiles
It certainly shows war is hell and highlights a couple of girls dealing with the war in completely different ways. One tries to avoid fighting as much as possible, thinking only of trying to bring smiles to everyone, but suffers quite a bit. The other just goes with the flow thinking the fake smile she dons can shield her from the harsh realities of war. While it seems clear that one side is in the wrong, it shows that not everyone fighting for the wrong side is fighting for the wrong reasons. The fact that it is a completely anime original story makes anticipation and theorizing quite enjoyable. A bad ending could ruin it though.

Boogiepop and Others
It's not an anime original story, but I know little enough about it that theorizing can be fun. The first arc was rushed and nearly forgetable, but the next 2 arcs were excellent. It's very interesting how a multitude of seemingly unrelated plots and characters can be tied together at the end of an arc. The last arc could push this into 9/10 or 10/10 range.
It's actually risen above the Cute Girls do Cute Things mold. It has a few touching moments and hints at characters tied to a cruel and lonely fate. It does a nice job of parodying other fantasy anime and games too.
Kaguya-sama Love is War
Very funny. Almost all of the characters are very endearing too. I really can't point to a bad character. It will probably be a 9/10 in the end
That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime
I called it a comfort food Isekai before. It's got the fantasy elements, it's got conflict. However, the conflicts always end predictably with the good guys prevailing, none of the good guys hurt in a meaningful way and even very few of the "bad guys" dying. The MC is OP, forgiving and magnetic. Even his enemies end up loving him. There's nothing bad about it, but it's a more comfortable story than compelling. I feel some of the side characters have more interesting stories to tell than the MC.
7/10 so far
It's not especially original or funny, but a few of the characters and their interactions make it enjoyable.
Grimms Notes The Animation
It's a very episodic plot, so some of the episodes are better than others. I feel the message is fairly mixed too. Sometimes it's okay for the MC crew to change a story zone, even though they are fighting specifically to keep other story zones on their fated path. The motivations of the antagonists are still vague 9 episodes in. Of the anime based on mobile games I have watched over the past 2 seasons though, this is the best.
It has no plot, but darn is the art and animation beautiful. It's very relaxing and the females are all very cute appearance and personality wise.
Sword Art Online Alicization
Honestly the plot seems drawn out and the current arc is a little stale. The antagonists are your typical over the top SAO villains. It's intriguing enough for a 7, but the drag of the plot is dropping it.
6/10 so far
I've read a lot of the manga. There's a lot of stupid actions by the characters that create needless drama. The animation takes some weird dips too. This is trashy romance, but good enough for a 6
It keeps trying to hint that there is an overall plot, but it's like a groundhog that sees its shadow and keeps running off to hide. Just likes Grimms Notes it seems more episodic and refuses to tie all the unrelated plot thread together. The switch between CGI characters and hand drawn seems to have little rhyme or reason.
How Clumsy Are You Miss Ueno
It has some funny moments and it has some totally confusing moments too. The two main characters seem to be equally oblivious. It might rate higher if it had an overall plot with some progression.
Wataten! An Angel Flew Down to Me
This season's Uzamaid, but while it might have more cute characters, it lacks the heart that Uzamaid had. It also seems to lack a plot or character progression, unless you count the little girl learning to accept a teenager's overly dramatic attention as character progression.
5/10 so far
Girly Air Force
The girls are cute and at least one of them has an endearing personality, but the others are annoying tropes. The plot is a completely generic action-harem sci-fi plot with the typical reaches in logic. At least it doesn't have an annoying high pitch mascot character though.
Meji Tokyo Renka
Well, I'm not the target audience, and while I like the main girl, her love interests are annoying tropes. A few tsundere guys with very little of the dere and the overly affectionate guy who would probably be staring at multiple sexual harassment lawsuits in real life.
Admittedly I never watched the main series, so maybe I am missing references that make this show appealing.
Episodic by design, episodes are hit or miss. The latest episode drops into 2/10 category. The episode before this was rather funny, but none of the episodes really stand out. I find the 23 minute interviews for 3 minutes of animation to be pedantic and self-serving. This could easily drop to the 4 territory.
4/10 so far
Rainy Cocoa Side G
25% of each episode is wasted on the opening that doesn't seem to ever change, nor does it seem necessary.
90 seconds is not long enough to invest me in the plot that barely seems to exist. No background is given for the way characters interact with each other.
A show that had to supplement its own sparse plot by literally borrowing the plot from a multitude of other anime and manga. There are WAY too many characters to even remember who is who. They all have the same body type, just different hair styles and colors. It also borrows some of the more annoying tropes from other anime and has the aforementioned annoying high pitched mascot character. The art and animation are bland, but not My Sister, My Writer bad.
Rara temporum felicitate, ubi sentire quae velis, et quae sentias dicere licet.
Finally caught up with everything else I'm watching from this season then binge watched 5toubun. It's definitely a personal favorite of the season along with Kaguya, Cat Roommate and Mob.
Yeah, peace peace.
Colorful Pastorale is a nice surprise! People were complaining about the animation and “it’s only for little girls,” but I love it! Very cute and wholesome, with some nice fantasy elements and character and world design.
May a song be with you!
