Not Allowing to Cancel Membership SCAM PART 2

Still not being allowed to cancel my membership, this makes me FUCKING UNCOMFORTABLE. Do I literally have to change my credit card out so that you guys won't continue to charge me? What the fuck is wrong with you guys? Just cancel my membership, or even delete my account. It's pathetic that you're trying to steal money from users that have never done fucking anything to you besides give you their patronage. Again, I'm going to give this issue about a week before I start seeking legal assistance on this issue and change my credit card out. And I will make damn sure you pay whatever fees that entails, along with the $6.95 you seem so adamant about stealing from me!!! :^)

As I mentioned in your other thread. The renewal on your account is already canceled. It shows the wrong status to you because you clicked the cancel button multiple times while the charge was pending. It is properly canceled in the backend already.

Hi,

I am registered to both CR and VRV and received an email that I am being double charged - that I should cancel using CR's website. I am trying to do that but I am getting the same issue where CR is not allowing me to cancel at this time.

Please help!

I am attaching what I am seeing when I try to cancel my subscription.

You likely have a pending and unpaid charge. Send us a ticket via /contact.

This looks pretty damn official, just saying. This would frighten/piss off almost anyone. Can you guys do anything on your end that will prove to me that I'm not going to be charged again? Because right now it looks like you're still very much set up to take a payment on the 24th of this month...

Again, there will be no charge. You hammered the cancel button while you had a pending charge, which caused the status display to break.

then can you guys delete my account from your side? it continues to say i'm still signed up for a membership, and i cannot delete my account. I kind of don't know if I trust you guys at this point in time, and I'm scared that there will still be a charge come the 24th. So if someone in customer support could actually F I X my display screen and like, do something :^)
and that should be possible, right? if it's closed out on your side? shouldn't you be able to make it reflect on somebody's account for their peace of mind? lol. saying "don't worry, trust me, the membership is cancelled even though everything that you see says you will still have to continue paying us, don't worry!!!1111!!!!" is kind of unprofessional and does not at all make me less worried.
like, how the fuck is the status display gonna stay broken for like a week? and just...never revert back to 'accurate' information?
