It's unlikely CR could have access to the uncensored version unless they got it from Funi, which is also unlikely. So you can either stream it from Funi or sail the high seas in terms of streaming.

Except for shows like Testament of Sister New Devil, that Funimation had to take off their website because Crunchyroll has the license....It was Uncensored on Funimation, but Crunchyroll didn't bother putting up the uncensored version until they took the dub back from Funimation. So it's more likely, Crunchyroll just doesn't want to bother putting up the Bluray version
