What country are you in?

I assume you mean a legal service, since those that are not cannot be mentioned here.

Anyone have an issue with their premium service being downgraded to free? This has happened to me and I have been email Crunchyroll everyday for the past week with ZERO responses. Just curious if anyone else is experiencing any similar? Also add note if they don’t respond anyone no of another anime streaming service?

After the update, I had to relogin to my account on the app.

After that went back to premium.

After the update the Xbox app now requests I activate through a browser by entering a code. I can not login to a browser as I was not provided an email username or password. I've contacted customer service with my purchase info and a screenshot of my bank statement. I get an email saying they are aware of the issue but I can login to the browser to enjoy their content. NOOO just give me my login INFO!! Cancelling and moving on to better.

The situation is much improved. I can now log in and watch premium videos. The only remaining issue is that if I want to rewind to rewatch a scene, the video invariably locks up. However if I back out of video to the previous screen and then reselect the video, I can rewind and rewatch.

Honestly this doesn't bother me too much as the new app is MUCH faster than the old app.

i agree with all the above comments and after a while of using the app i have started to notice that when i watch an episode from the xbox app it isn't reflected in my history/progress bar for the series so it is very difficult to keep track of what i have seen and what i have not seen when i only get the chance to watch anime 2 evenings a week.

Yup, my last episode that it kept track of was last week Wednesday. Since I have my simulcast sorted by day of release. I can keep track of my shows that way. It's sad seeing my queue being two episodes behind, when I'm really not though.

Having the same problem. History is not reflected at all.

I also find it really confusing when trying to figure out what I've already watched. In the old app there was a progress line that was shown at the bottom of the video thumbnail, but there doesn't seem to be anything similar in the new app. Maybe I'm missing it.

Yeah the progress line would be very useful to know if I've seen that episode or not. Sometimes I forget after about a week.
