I have been getting these error messages as well StumpyD, but I only notice this yesterday. I was hoping it would be fix by tomorrow but it's still not working as I check just now. I am glad to know that I am not the only one who is experiencing this, but it is problematic. I have two topics right now I want to have a discussion about, but I unable to start them.

Funny, I was about to say the same thing about both topics and polls giving the instant shinobi treatment. I still prefer the way they don't crowd the site with all sorts of banners and such, but it would be nice to see some of these protracted issues dealt with so that the experience isn't as frustrating.

CR may need to face a class action for offering a service that simply does not work most of the time! This error on all videos happens so often it’s a failed app on Apple devices!

The iOS app errors on my iPhone and ipad now display this error! Also the web sites still

Ironic. The only place I can find to make a post on CR is the thread where everyone complains "the something is broken". And yes there were free"pirate" sites that had good quality and weren't after the money, but they got shot down anyway because someone IS after the money. Anyway, what I wanted to post about is the story of Jeanne Baret, the woman who disguised herself as a man, and was the first woman to circumnavigate the World.It sounds like a complicated story, and would probably be worth a 12ep anime series, should anyone care to take off from it, you all out there looking for a new take on things to make a new show.

Day 25 of the Great Crunchyroll Apple TV/App and other site issues Blackout of 2019...

The service has been completely down and unreachable on the Apple TV for 4 days now. As AndersR just pointed out the tech team from Crunchyroll's side have finally acknowledged that there is in fact a problem with the Apple TV and that they are working to resolve it.

Here's to hoping it won't take much longer.

And as Shirokuma1962 stated - "YOU CAN DO IT TECH SUPPORT! WE BELIEVE IN YOU!"

I've been having problems with ads.
On PS3 I haven't been able to watch a single show more than halfway through without getting an error telling me to restart the app. It's been days and I keep getting the same error, no matter what show I try watching. It says, "An error has occurred with the application. Please restart the application to continue. Type Error: 'undefined' is not an object. line: -2147483648, source: undefined." I have no idea what any of that is but it must have to do with ads since that's when I keep getting the error.
So I watched on PC yesterday, and though it worked, at one ad break I had to sit through eleven or more ads in a row! Usually it's 3-5, but every ad break yesterday was between 5-11, which is off-putting.

Crunchyroll is experiencing on going Hardware and software issues! Due to a lack of talented engineers. There is no
Fix in sight for these issues. iOS app errors are the normal keep paying for services! They work sometimes! Seems CR new motto is it works sometimes! Auto responses is the Normal!

Well I got another reply and it wasn't what I was hoping for. They are going to forward my information to their engineers, but they don't know when the service will be available again on the Apple TV model A1469, AKA Apple TV 3rd Gen.

Apparently, a Campaign Fix for the newer Apple TV models was launched yesterday so they should be running smoothly now. Can anyone confirm that the newer Apple TV models are working again or are they still having the same problems?

Hopefully someone useful sees this as my original premium account email has been changed and there is nothing i can do about it, i put in a help ticket almost 3 days ago if not more now and i have had no response, ive messaged the twitter with no response and for some reason i cant post on the forum myself so there is basically nothing i can do to get my account back, is there anyone who can help me here? my original account is https://www.crunchyroll.com/user/blandy97

Let it be noted that some users can now use their Apple TV 3rd Gen without any issues but, for other users we STILL CANNOT VIEW VIDEOS! We can access our accounts, browse the anime catalog and view our queue but when we hit the play button on an episode we get the message - An error occurred loading this content. Try again later.

Please keep at it Crunchyroll Tech support, your almost there! Don't abandon the rest of us paying members.

Any thoughts on the matter are welcome.
