I would like to know what shows will be cast on crunchyroll for next season. There are several animes I am excited for next season, but I cannot find anywhere if crunchyroll will have them. I have been a premium member for years, and this has annoyed me for a long time. Also for the current season, why have a release calendar if you only post once a show is already up... It would be nice if they could post ahead of time, and it would be great if they could post if that weeks show is on a break. Maybe I am the only one this bothers, but I figure I might post and see what happens.

Doubt it, we can't even get them to tell us when they're going to fix the site.

How long has the private message system been down for now.

what's wrong with waiting? I've only been around for a short bit but I've noticed it's a method of "surprise". you can do a bit of searching on the net to get a general idea of where some stuff is going, as well as to CR.

That's just how they do it. They announce shows in fits and spurts once the ink dries on the contracts, most often a couple days (or even less) just before they air. Sometimes they can't do it due to non-disclosure clauses. I have noticed Aniplex, for example, announcing the streaming places themselves first to promote their own brand. I suspect that sometimes CR also holds back to keep the hype up, often reserving announcements for a Convention or similar. This isn't a fan site, it's a corporately-owned business that has fallen prey to common marketing techniques.

A better place to follow and see who eventually all has announced shows is below. It gives more than just Crunchyroll, so has more complete announcements. This link is for Spring, and already has a few announced titles:

For the current calendar you can change it to winter.
