Not all device apps are written to support this method. If they are, you will see the code on the login screen to be used as an alternative for entering the username and password. If you do not see one, then logging in with id/password is the only option.

IOS, android and UWP PC apps require ID (or email) plus the password type of logins only. I don't know about PS4 or Xbox app logins, as I don't have any gaming consoles. The only device I personally own that can use a code is Roku.

IOS app doesn't activate that way, id/password only.

I tried that and successfully logged into my account on the app but none of the videos are playing.
Also, the device is not registering on my account..this is frustrating

Did you uninstall and reinstall?

Are you logging in with your username or using your email address associated with your account instead? (try the other way?)

I'm not having any issues myself... but I'm curious, ads aside, do any videos play if you log out?

Yes I have been logging in with my username or email address, alternating
Stillllllllll...NONE of the videos are playing on my iPad. They are working perfectly fine on my laptop but not on my iPad

It takes some time to get a real response, though. There are usually two bot mails, then days or longer to get the third. Not sure if the new help process still works the same...

I'm having the same problem as the OP. The app on my android phone doesn't give me a code on the log-in page, it just has the usual sign in options, and neither does the website itself. So I was wondering how I find the code on my android phone to link it?
