Application video not working

Hello, the videos in application are not running properly, they are appearing blank and no audio. I have already trouble shoot if it was both my devices, A 4k Sony Smart TV and a Android Galaxy S8. I have Forced stop the application, Uninstalled and reinstall, Checked my account and their connection. I have also tested with other application that provide video's, Disney+ and Hulu, encountering no issues. this issue has persisted for the past 5 hours, Is there any fix in the works. I know the videos are there since I Can watching them on my PC.
