They are extremely slow too. Such simple things should not take so long. Like you said, an intern could do this task. If you give the average intern a two week sprint to work on this, they should have it done and ready to begin beta testing it for feedback. The second two-week sprint can be refining/optimizing, incorporating feedback, and fixing bugs. The final two-week sprint could be a full release to all members. I don't see why something this simple is taking longer than 6 weeks maximum from a single junior developer. Even if they were changing the entire look and feel of the queue page to be mobile friendly and using responsive design like 99% of websites today do (but for some reason Crunchyroll does not), this shouldn't take longer than 6 weeks total.

Coming to ask the same question - I can't even see my whole queue (it is a long list)! Not to mention the way I had ordered my queue in wish to watch order is now completely messed up!

We usually watch CR from about 11:30pm EDT to 1am EDT. Without fail, now that the "new and improved" CR Android app for our Hisense Android TV is running, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT AT JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES AFTER MIDNIGHT - boom! kicked out of the app and we wind up at the Chromecast screensaver.

Have to go back to the home screen, then hit the CR icon and it will play the chosen anime from where it left off.

Then it happens again about 15 minutes later in the exact same way.

Then it happens about 20 minutes later, but this time I have to hit the PLAY button, which takes me to the CR app, then I wake up the CR app by hitting PLAY again twice.

Every. Single. Night. Like clockwork.

I've been a paid subscriber for over a decade. It worked better on my original Roku. C'mon, guys. Also, why can't we see a description of the episode anymore prior to playing it unless we go to the "About Series" section? This is really basic stuff.

forget sorting- wheres my "binge" option as a paying customer? (ie- the viewer doesn't "minimize" after every episode, option to SKIP intro/outros)

Just a suggestion. (latest version windows 10/chrome)

This is crap! Four months later and nothing! The only reason I pay them is because of the manual sort. I haven't watched anything new because its lost in the list somewhere unless i watch the same thing over and over. If hear use the new favorite feature again I think it will be time to take my money and watch somewhere else.

Tbh I used to watch CrunchyRoll every day, but since they removed the manual sort function, it's made it more difficult to to use. I also can't remember a number of shows I was planning to watch, because they were arranged by season, and have now been lost to the void. The other reason why I haven't been watching much CrunchyRoll as of late, is because they haven't been filling their simulcast like they used to, part of that is do to Funimation grabbing exclusive rights to all the shows that in prior seasons aired on CrunchyRoll (like Kaguya-Sama). -_-;

Shinji,

Dan here, make sure to tell the business unit planners that the idea of pulling manual sorts to save memory and bandwidth is falling on its face, and people want it back. Also tell them most people have had some sort of programming these days, and we know that making a data stack is easy, so there's no reason for it to take this long to re-establish a personnal sorted stack. Its pretty obvious whats going on.

Don't get me started on a rant about how your management are a bunch of greedy ass-hats who obviously don't really give a crap about the functionality or friendliness of your customers use experience since you still refuse to use a monthly billing cycle i.e. same day every frelling month which isn't that hard as most companies can manage it just fine. This is just one more example to me that you do not care as long as we keep paying you money each month and just one more reason for me to start using your competitor. Luckily for you your competitor probably pays you a fee to provide access to it's customers for your service but if they ever stop offering it I will not come back to your service.

I'm so glad I had the sense that cr was prob gonna screw with the queue someday and didn't bother to touch it much. Anyways I've considered subscribing but refuse to until your roku and ps apps stop crashing. They crash so often that its become a running joke between my friends. Please get your apps to a place where they function.
