A feature to automatically move shows to the top when they get a new episode would be great! Or sort by recently updated.

So this time it's not just me? I go to my queue and none of the thumbnails for any favorites shows up. Also it seems it's not registering what shows I've already watched. Basically making this queue even more useless now that I've sort of gotten used to?

So whats happening to messages? The option has completely gone with the UI update today.

I have had crunchyroll for years and if I don't get to read those 27 messages that it said I have I am going to be very frustrated. I normally buy membership 1 year at a time but for now I will not be renewing.

Just as a reminder, they confirmed 2 months ago that manual queue sorting is gone for good.

If your goal was to unify the look and feel across platforms than you need to fix the latest bug that you created. Episodes are not updating consistently between Chrome Web Browser, RoKu App, and iPad App. I keep finding myself re-watching the same episodes.

So after announcing that this is just a step in making a better queue, we're actually just stuck with this as is it is until CR is absorbed into HBO Max?

What gets me is CR still bothers to send out surveys to its members(I get them from time to time) when all they have to do is read the forums here to get a feel for what we think.

The survey process can largely be used to reinforce what you want to hear thus in this case it's (apparently) much preferred over making random changes and then ignoring any feedback on how your users feel about your product. The upside is I'm more productive now and I'm saving ~100USD/year that I'd typically have given to CR.

what i'd really like is the ability to mark an episode, or entire series, as either watched or unwatched.
