Hey Crunchyroll Admin, I wondered if there is a timeframe or any sheduled date for queue changes?
I keep coming back to this thread ever since the old manual ordering was removed :/ I basically check everytime a show I love updates in my queue for a language I don't care about. Todays show was 'DR Stone' German dub... I just want to arrange my favourite shows in my own order, I manually check release dates so for example I just manually want to have: 'Rezero', 'Sword art online', 'Black Clover' and 'Fireforce' at the top... |

While it seems the old queue is dead and gone it seems the old menu bar is back including the random button.

Mobile's 'new' design gives little indication of an episode title/content and if it's partially watched or not on the 'My Lists' page (previously called 'Queue') - plus there's no indication of if the next video is premium-locked. Give us back manual sort, actual episode preview images, watch progress bar, and premium clip flags in 'My lists'. There was zero reason to remove any of that even with the sort options. This crappy interface is why I've refused to use VRV. I don't appreciate it being forced on the Crunchyroll app too. |

What happened to the android app UI, it changed and I'm finding it difficult to navigate thru it? How to I get to the updated episode list on my app or even the release calendar?
On the plus side I do like where this is headed but needs more user customization. It would be nice to have the option to change to a smaller list for browsing and ques than the big graphical display. |

Don't worry - the Queue will be fixed right after the Messaging system is. That's only been broken for 2+ years.
Apparently CR's latest step in the master plan has been to add Captcha garbage that we have to deal with every few days even on existing accounts (instead of only at account creation the way any competent sysadmin would have set it up). Because the more you drive users away from the site by breaking every single piece of it, making it a pain to even use, hiding the forums, and so on, the fewer total user complaints you have. If CR put any effort into actually Fixing Their Sh*t, the site could be great. Instead, they got rid of the developers who had made CR decent in the first place, and replaced them with a heavily-drugged monkey. Fortunately, we can rant all we want on the forums (until CR "improves" those as well via their usual methods, i.e. breaks them completely, promises a fix "in a week or two", and never delivers on it) because they don't care about user feedback, so they never read the forums anyway. :) |

Lol @ "Better user experience". For who? didn't they do a poll about the queue change (like 4 months later) and it got an overwhelming response that people hate it. If the manual queue option is never coming back, and as it seems we are not getting any updated sorting filters for it.... There is just less and less reason for people do give them their money. I was a Premium Member for... idk i think over a decade, there were lots of little changes that i didn't like over the years. Stuff that really made me feel like i wasn't getting my moneys worth. Like that the Manga reader app broke and stopped keeping track of what you had read about a year into it's launch. The loss of support for the PS3 app which turned into it just crashing the whole system when it started a buffer. And then the PS3 app not keeping track of what you had watched if you hadn't watched it via that. The no longer being able to select a resolution. And many other things that have tarnished my user experience. But this bullshit with the queue, i dropped my premium with that. Honestly I think the only way they are gonna even consider working of fixing the queue is if everyone who is dissatisfied with these changes and lack of communication regarding this issue, cancels their premium subscription! They don't care about what users want if they are still getting money from them. Complaints are hollow. Do something that might actually get their attention, cancel your premium! Cuz it's not like you are getting your money's worth. |

I cancelled my subscription a few months ago because of this. I can get at least 90% of the anime from here on another platform be it funimation, hulu, netflix, toonami, hidive, amazon prime, etc haven't had to come crawling back at all for a show yet. I just check once a month to see if they fixed it or not like today
