my thing people don't realize from the statement they made is they never said anything about bringing manual que back but it will just be "The best possible experience for you." Like over these years how they have always known the best possible experience for us. regardless like most said above they do have a better layout compared to others but the manual que was the best thing about it. now I might as well just search through shows by alphabetical order and not even bother with que anymore.

The idea that you can't add new things without breaking and removing old ones still sounds as disingenuous to me as it did when I first heard it from Support. I also don't like the implication that you can't test things internally and don't care to communicate changes to the interface ahead of time.

This is not to say that I'm against new features. I'd just like to still have the old ones available, which despite the offered explanation seem to have been broken for no good reason.

Oh, and since you've been content to leave other features broken for years on end with no explanation, I don't really believe that new features are forthcoming either.

Do the enhancements include the ability to remove other languages, subs, or dubs? I hate it when I get a queue reminder, but it's a previous episode in another language or a dub.

Friendly reminder that the site's dedicated page for supported devices still lists the Wii U app as their newest one. Said app freaks out and restarts the video if you try to seek.

Face it. Crunchyoll doesn't care about providing quality service anymore. They just want your money.

Should it really take over a month to improve the way we sort around our lists?

The manual sort was taken away from Crunchyroll a couple of months ago and what you see in the queue is nearly the same as for your history: it moves the show you just watched to the top of the list. We are still waiting for them to return that function. Like others here, I don't understand why the changes aren't being tested in a control environment then rolled out to us and why they had to deactivate functions in the live environment.

Although I did immediately miss the ability to sort manually, putting recently watched series at the front of the queue is already a huge improvement over adding newly added series--that one is interested in now--to the end of the queue. This temporary auto-sorting method is actually pretty good so kudos on that.

Besides being able to manually adjust queue to be sorted by the days it airs for me, the only real qualm I have is can we please not have the queue items so bloody large. I feel like the large type sort of size like is gaudy and painful to look at. I might need to wear glasses but I ain't THAT blind, that my queue items are so large I can see them across the room practically.

I feel like they could be half the size at least, or maybe give people an option on HOW big they want their queue list to be size wise or whatnot...>.>

For me, I could personally care less about the loss of the manual sorting options. (Just me, I know a lot of you like and use it extensively)
What pisses me off most about the new queue is:
1) No matter how I arrange my queue, due to the number of series I have in it, some shows just don't appear.
2) The sorting features do not work properly. I know what the oldest shows in my queue should be, and they do not show that way when sorting by date.
3) I cannot see my entire queue at once. Why the limit on the displayed list size?
4) Why is each entry so large? I can only see 4 shows on my screen at the same time. (Maybe add an option for a tiled display)

If these "upgrades" do not include a way to see all of my queue, in the order I added them, and more that 4 at once, I am going to be very disappointed.

I fail to see how things needed to be improved in the first place. Manual sorting of the queue worked just fine and is preferable.
