I just want you to make it so my video doesn't exit full screen when i go to the next episode. Actually one more thing... FIX THE INBOX! I have had these unread messages for a while and there isn't much I hate more than orange bloops with numbers in them. For real though what is going on with that?


TLDR; stay fullscreen when switching episodes, and FIX THE INBOX!

ya thanks for no heads up ...no i have to wait for u guys to get your shit together to organize my shows again .....you SHOULD HAVE DONE IT ALL AND GOT IT READY BEFORE SCREWING US WITH JUST A PIECE OF IT !!

I'm Sorry but this seems like just another solution in search of a problem. I really didn't have a problem with my queue. How about this: Ask a forum question to see what needs to be fixed. You will get answers from the users on the site. Then you can fix real problems.

"Good Reason" as in completely broken development process that doesn't allow for building new features into the product without destroying existing functionality? Unless you've been forced to restructure backend database bits perhaps? What specific ways? Does this include or not include the ability to manually sort, curate and filter content?

This reeks of using vague/marketing language to avoid saying manual sorting is expensive/not practical to our business model and is never coming back.. Which is really what you need to do here if that is the case so your customers can make an informed choice with regards to remaining on/supporting your platform going forward.

without giving your users any heads up so we could take measures to mitigate this change; thus wasting your customers time. Typically you'd want to value your customers and their time? You can (and probably should) replace "your" with "Crunchyroll Corporate" or whatever the decision making entity is; unless that actually is you and the development team in that case you have some serious work to do around communicating with and supporting your community

As many have pointed out the current system sucks. And I really hope you guys have a manual sorting system planned similar to how it was before because that was perfect. I don't need any other ways to sort my queue other than to sort it the way I want to order it.

They finally are updating their apps.... the rarest thing CR's ever done~ My android TV cr app has been so buggy for years now.

mines still buggy, the site shows current episodes, but the app shows the que from a few months ago, mid anime season, not like i cant go in an watch, but when i have rollover shows, its a pain when the app that is SUPPOSED to keep track of my progress server side through my account, just doesnt, and this isnt the first time there have been issues with the queue, i remember when randomly both on the site and app random episodes wouldnt show up as being watched when i know ive watched every single episode (a minor thing i know, but was a bit of an annoying nonetheless)

I guess this is an acceptable answer for now. Hopefully this doesn't take forever though. My queue has been buggy as hell ever since they took the manual sorting feature (my favorite part about it) away. It has definitely been downgrading my opinion of CR.

Was this an issue that consumers complained about? Sorting queued anime? I feel like there are other issues that have been brought up much more, Like the location of the Forums button being moved to a space which makes it less noticeable and more likely people not even know it exists. It seems that changes that happen are ones the crunchy roll community never ask for in the first place, and seem to be worse than what was working in the first place.

If anything just mimic how HiDive does their queue. To me it's the best one since it's alphabetized which makes it easier to find what you want to watch and the shows get a tag when they get new episodes.

It seems like you are trying to fix a non-existent problem. You completely fucked up my queue order, I can't get it back, and here we are, almost a month later, and it's still FUBAR.

We don't need "exciting" queue features - we need a queue that we can control, and we had that.

You took it away.

I think the main thing they are doing is being able to add a favourites or an already watched bar. Some quality of life things that will make it more enjoyable.

To be fair it really does suck at the moment and I wish they would finish soon as well. I've completely given up on the queue until they fix it.
