i think i like it at the first place is because it is a musical anime (that time i m watching nodame through tv. very nice drama indeed).

the music is nice and so does the drawing.

but somehow, the middle part is quite bored, especially the part when kahoko is depressed... still, since it isnt that long, i can still finish watching the anime.

lens & hino. or perhaps kino & hira? ^^

La corda d'oro was the very first musical anime that I watched. The music is great and I learnt alot of things as well. It was interesting to see Kaho develop into a dedicated musician, as well as Tsuchiura and Len. This was probably why I was addicted. However, I agree the middle was boring and really pissed me off coz she kept getting depressed to a point that it even affected my Hihara so badly!! Grr...

The ending was disappointing and the special episode kinda reminded me of an otome game.

Still, I wish it would go to a Season 2 and show who she'll end up with!

La corda was a very nice and original anime cause it's the 1st musical was great, super awesoMe..
i was addicted to this anime because of the drawings, they look so real..and the characters too...
the ending was unsatisfactory,... ...hon didn't end up with anybody and the winner of the concours wasn't announced...

i hope the there will be a 2nd season....

Actually Corda is not the first in musical anime. I think Nodame Cantabile was first.
What first attracted me to Corda first was Tsuchiura's seiyuu, Itou Kentarou (yes, I'm a seiyuu freak & I love Itou-sama!!) and the bishies ^^ To be frank, I didn't like the idea of fairies on modern day romance stories but I later caved in because of positive recommendations & of course because of Itou-sama. After watching, I fell in love with Yunoki and the rest is history. I fell in love with the classical music too. Morning Mood, Tristesse, & Pollonaise Brilliante got me officially hooked. Corda is dangerously addictive =D

I love the story (though still dislike the magic factor & I can't say I really love Kahoko's character --> no offense to those who do) but I love the characters of the guys. Since the anime is based on an otome game, from the start I wasn't expecting a one-guy ending. It was disappointing of course, but that's the idea. If Koei made the anime with a fixed one guy ending, then the game won't sell as much & fans of other guys would be disappointed.
I do wish for a second season though. I want Kaji & Kira to enter the picture

I liked La Corda D'Oro in the first place because I was attracted by it's music.
The classical music is brilliant..and I loved it. It made me inspired. ^^
The second was the characters. *I love Len~ He's the best.* <3
I like the personalities of the characters here.. Though they were different and unique,
they have different thoughts on what they do, for such they were all gathered as one by music.
I also like the story as well as the romance factor and music as one..but it's kinda disappointing
that hino didn't end up with a guy.. *sighsss*

So yeah, I'm hoping for a second season of this..*and since the second one is on manga
already* I'm really looking forward till the end. I do wish for a satisfying ending of this anime.

What was your reason for liking La corda d'oro?

The Classical music and the story itself

What made you addicted to this anime?

The music, that story and the drawings

What are your personal thoughts about this anime?

It's actually my first time watching an anime that is dedicated to music, though I don't have that much appreciation for classical music at first but I started liking it more since then. I like the way the story goes it's thrilling, making watch it even more because you're anticipating the next episode and who ends up with who. The romance is apparent but at the same time it's not. So that it!

What would you have wished to happen in the end of the season???

Personally I'd like Hino Kahoko and Len Tsukimori to be together but for now I don't know better sit back and watch.

hmm... this anime interests me because the protagonist here is different from the other musical anime.. in what way? well she is not musically inclined... she is totally a beginner in the musical world (we're the same :D)... the way music change her life... and she didnt give up her love for music. this anime is not just an ordinary anime for me... its my inspiration!

what would i have wished to happen in the end of the season?

i wish a happy ending! haha lol

i love this anime because in a way or another, it has awoken that certain spot in my life where I am able to appreciate classical music. the characters and the storyboard of this anime has made me enjoy the different romantic melodies that has shaped the music world.

moreover, the graphics are superb and the story is uber nice.

asking me what perfect is??
watch la corda d' oro. ^^
