I'm no expert, but I'll try to explain as best as I can....

"Na" sort of means 'right now' or 'this moment'

Maligo ka na! = Take a bath now!

ligo=bath ka=you na=now

Tayo na! = Let's Go!

tayo=us na= now

...but it can also mean differently on how you string certain words together

Mamaya na akong maligo= I will take a bath later.

mamaya=later na=will do ako=myself maligo= to take a bath

"Sa" is sort of a directional word before mentioning a place. But I think my example is a slang sentence at best.

Sa bahay = at home

but you can add 'Na' before it as a confirmation of where exactly someone is at the moment.

Si kuya ay nasa bahay = My brother is at home.

Si=shortened word of Siya which mean 'he is' kuya=elder brother/person ay=some sort of transitional word between the subject and the next word nasa= at bahay= home

Nagtatago sa ilalim ng kama= Hiding under the bed

Tago=hide sa=at ilalim=underneath ng=some word that points to the object kama=bed
