For me Ueto Aya is a better actress, she's very natural and versatile. I also think Ueto Aya it prettier, she doesn't look that pretty in photos but when you see her in dramas or movies, she's gorgeous.

chose Aya Ueto because she is such a phenomenal actress! Certainly Aragaki is a great actress too, but I haven't seen much of a different character that she has played, so I voted for Aya Ueto. And so If I have seen Aragaki play different roles, it could be a tie for me.
