in todays society it is not "cool" to be a gentlemen. Pulling out chairs. Standing when a woman leaves the table. Holding open doors. etc. these things are usualy not considered "cool" for WHATEVER reason. Most guys these days are trying their best just to be "cool" and they want women to see them for being just that.
If your a guy who wants a girlfriend and girls wnt a "bad-boy" or something of the like how do you expect men to act? Its a sad fact but "gentlemen" are very hard to come by these days (seemingly).

it all comes down to what ur definition of a gentlemen is. Every1 can be nice sumtimes, but sumtimes they can be rude n such... it all matter if you see the good instead of the bad... like 4 example when ur parents look at ur report card they don't see tht A, they see ur F!! (we all been there).. N in this crazy world, ppl have the mentality tht bein a nice guy isn't worth it becuz they see drug dealers who have loads of money, does being a gentlemen a career? does it put food on the table? why work 4 it then? I think they r still here somewhere but necause of todays society it makes it hard to find them, with all the sexual music, themes and all that crap that guys and girls seem to like The way everything is set up is different i mean u go outside and u see wanna-be gangsters. But also girls do go for the cool guys which lots of the time theyre jerks. Also in this world lots of people r based on looks too, u see all the time that football players date cheerleaders, not usually band people. now as i say alot not all people are like this but sometimes they are. Now really this question "Where did all the gentleman go?" is really all up to the guys IF they want to be one or some jerk cuz he has good looks. |

Women make it impossible for men to be gentle nowadays. I try my best. But just the other day I held open the door for a woman as she was entering the same building as me. And she gave me a dirty look and went through the other door. So I respectfully told her "Well, fuck you too bitch."
Forgot to mention that later that day she reported me for sexual harassment. After she got fired for spewing bullshit out her face, I had a good laugh with my best friend (boss) about it.
Did I mention she looked like a skinned baboon's corpse that has been left to rot in the sun for 2 weeks while laying in a pool of urine. It pained me to hold open a door for a hideous monster like her anyway. Ungrateful women.....
