Creepiest part there is none for me i was laughing most of the time XD ( actually no a part that scared me like crazy was of course the nails being ripped off but really creppy is when Keiichi finds Rikas body on the temple and crows are pecking at her and shes naked for some reason .... Shivers down my spine!!) |

the part when mion-shion killed satoko in ep21 almost made me drop this...
ffs, it actually did make me erase my whole anime folder =P but then, k-on 14 came out so i had to download it and i accidently downloaded more higurashi episodes xD

i don't remember the maggots. But the fingernails were messed up. I thought between the first four episodes 1-4 was most exciting. I enjoyed the second season the most though. I like the live action film. Apparently there's another one on its way.

The maggots where when Rena was talking to Takano about the the shine god ( ep 20 something in the 1st season) and we have a short flashback showing Rena cut herself and instead of seeing blood, she sees maggots ( or bloody maggots cant remember) then she proceeds to scratch at the cut trying to get the maggots away.....the thought of that is none to pleasent
