Got a Gigabyte T1028 about a week ago, and after upgrading the memory and replacing the HD with a Fast SSD, I absolutely love using it. In fact, I hardly have an excuse to use the desktop any more (except when I'm making one of my Picture Dramas or other videos). With the addition of CoreAVC, it even runs subtitled, dual audio 720p MKVs smoothly.

There's only one fly in the ointment - and that's the same technology used here - Streaming Flash. Like almost all current netbooks, the T1028 uses an Intel GMA graphics set. Now, if I can get 720p MKVs to run smoothly, surely there's SOME way to get the 480p player to play smoothly on it.

So, any ideas/suggestions/personal experience that anyone can pass along to help make CR more "portable"?
