Invalid URL

After watching something, I am stuck with "Invalid URL". The only way to make it go away, is to close my web browser (Google Chrome) and then come back 5-10 minutes later :(
Help please! |

That happens to you to, huh? I'm using Google Chrome as well, and although it's nice to decorate your browser with Hatsune Miku, it has it faults. I just press the refresh button and that usually works.

One of the reasons why I love google chrome. :O Oh shi... my secret's out. ![]() But seriously, the invalid URL comes up even in Safari, and occasionally in FireFox, from what I understand. I think it has something to do with the script that runs after you complete a video stream (recommended videos), but that's just a guess. Either way, refreshing helps, and clearing out your cache may also help reduce the frequency of the error message. |
My thoughts on Anime @ www.animananime.com

They also have K-On, I was surprised that they were actually reaching out to anime fans. |

I have this exact same problem. I posted in one of the sticky topics about it awhile ago but got no response.
It seems to only effect me when I use google chrome and then seeps into my other browsers somehow. I stopped using curnchyroll completly on my desktop because of it. It would literaly take me 20-30 minutes before my computer would let me run videos again. I thought it was just a problem with my computer so I was using my labtop to watch stuff then it started to happen on rare occasion on my labtop. I normaly use google chrome for everything but I would suggest using IE/firefox for watching things on crunchyroll. I did some experimenting and it seems that when I get the invalid URL via chrome it then becomes invalid URL in every other browser I use. But then i switched over to IE just for crunchyroll and have not had an invalid url problem since. I seriously think its a problem somewhere deep in chrome because I've had it happen to me whilst on facebook a couple times playing the flash games. tl dr: happens to me too. Try using IE, even though chrome is bettah, to watch your videos. ![]() |
