Hi.

Checking for an update, I get error code in comipo,

'Could not acquire update information (Error code: 1003)'

Any assistance is appreciated.

I get the same thing. Probably means there are no updates as yet.

Hey guys, two questions. A couple of days ago I got a pretty nasty piece of spyware somehow and had to reformat my PC to get rid of it. Although I backed up all my other documents and whatnot onto my external, i didn't think to copy my Comipo character data.

Is there any way that I could possibly open a comic file which has the characters in it and restore my character library from there? Most of them Ive been able to remake since they were pretty simple, but the twin-tailed girl is being annoying since I cant remember what position/rotate/size settings I had for her tails.

Also, wondering if that used up my second license or does reinstalling on the same computer not count?

If I use round effect lines, I get this

And if I use flashes or focus lines the panel is fully black.

Is it just me, or are characters not actually able to "interact" in 3D?
All I've been able to do is place them in in front of or behind each other, like layers.

It's tough to make character poses like shaking hands, hugging, etc. work if they aren't occupying the same 3D space; some limbs need to overlap, while others don't, for a lot of these poses.

The characters really can't interact in 3D. You can only make it seem like they're interacting. I do hope that changes in the future though.

Yes, because it's quite bothersome to have the "3D" manipulation ability for characters and items, but still be restrained to layers for each.

If you have the .xml files of the characters just open up your usercharacter folder and just put them there if you already unzipped them. They should show up in the program. Hope this helps.

Look for the icon that looks like eyeglasses.
