video quality preference ignored.

I set my video quality preference to SD, but every time I stream an anime episode it seems to jump straight to the highest resolution available. Even if I switch it to SD when the next episode auto plays it goes right to the highest resolution. I am using Chrome on Windows 7, no plugins but Ad Block Plus and I've tried disabling that..no effect.

It not a huge problem just an annoyance, since my ISP has set monthly caps and I tend to watch whole series in a single sitting or good portions of them anyway.

You may want to try setting your preference to something else (i.e., 480p), play a bit of a video to see if that "takes", and if it does, change it back to SD and see if then works properly.

It worked, though I am not sure why it suddenly stopped.
Thanks for your help.
