You know, if you took away the stupid look on that chick's face, and gave her a decent personality... She's actually my type o.O

But yeah, I don't know many hipsters. Mostly because I don't know many people. But I have seen these posers hanging around from time to time.

I was actually using the words synonymously. I don't know many hipsters, but I do see them around.

This is all very funny! Young people struggling with identity issues and depression.
Most teens want to feel unique and special. Some not especially socially adept
people might fail spectacularly in these struggles. People like this are funny and sad.
I like them, they are entertaining and try so hard.sad and funny....

Hipsters subculture? No, it's a sub-subculture. A main subculture are the hippies from the 60s.

Nonconformity for the sake of nonconformity is conformity, people should just be themselves.

Ah the one who decide if its quote on quote too mainstream. I can't tell whether they're being pretentious or just douche bags.

Hipsters.. I always hear about them but have yet to see one in the wild. Not enough coffee shops here.

Sadly, I'm going to a music festival this summer where The Killers were announced in the line-up and swarms of 'mainstream' hating hipsters were on FB giving out shite.

So I guess I'l be seeing my first in a few months time. *sigh*

It's okay to hate something for being bad, but to hate something for being too mainstream is stupid.
