alcohol, everything matters shit with it,
or u can smoke weed and ofcourse if ur on a sad mood u will prolly go to bed.
but if ur feeling down for something serious that means a lot to you, i dont recomend it since u will start to get delirious and think very weird things in the small little world inside ur head :D.

no nono music for me, since it'll be probably be sad music (if i'm down) and that would just make it worse. I just watch tv or watch anime online to zone out and relax.

Oh and run outside as well. That releases all of my stress.

Lol, I don't touch drugs. :S
Never have never will.
Drugs (Aside from the ones I was prescribed) never appealed to me
And even so, I'm now off all of the ones I was prescribed (Zoloft and one other one that I certainly can not spell, to combat depression.)

Try to analyze exactly why I'm down in the first place in attempt to avoid feeling that way : / sometimes understanding is the key to feeling better - sometimes you really shouldn't be upset by it at all.

When I'm down or just moody-I watch anime, play video games, listen to my music, or just draw to ease out my mind.

But when I'm really really depressed and upset-I just sleep xD
