Why does it skip right to eposode four? Where is episodes two and three?

I think there is a very good reason there was a skip in episodes was due to the fact that the rights to show this anime, Say "I love you", was granted by the right holders after the show had already aired in Japan. Because of that it took a little time to locate episodes two and three. Episode four had just aired so it could be added along with Episode one.
