I've always wanted to try Morimoto's restaurant in Philly since it is relatively close to where I live, but I wouldn't expect to see him there. I wonder if it's even still open... must go look it up.

If you are ever in Tokyo, go to the Ebisu subway station, his restaurant isn't far. I can give directions.

Yes, I remember squid ink ice cream! They will eat just about anything raw there, including liver and horse!
