Authors: Shouoto, Aya (Story & Art)

On the eve of her sixteenth birthday, Kozue Hiyoki is visited in her dreams by a man who steals her heart- literally! Determined to find him and retrieve her stolen heart, Hiyoki enrolls in the S-Hall dormitories of St. Nazareth Academy, but quickly realizes that its residents are not at all like she expected... For starters, they're all guys.

Stray Love Hearts I think is not your regular reverse harem. Yes, there is a BUNCH of attractive guys. And yes, more than one does seems to be in love with her. But S.L.H is very mysterious. The lead girl (Hiyoki) during the Eve of her 16th birthday has her heart stolen. A man she can only describe with long silver hair and a crest on his chest is the one whole stole it. Hiyoki enrolls herself in the school that she thinks that the man who stole her heart might be because the crest on his chest is the schools crest. And that is where the mystery ensues. I'm not going to spoil it for anybody but this manga is worth reading. Aya`s drawings are superb! And the story line is original.

Zetsuen no Tempest

Title: Zetsuen no Tempest
Alternative title: 絶園のテンペスト, 絕園的暴風雨, Zetsuen no Tempest: The Civilization Blaster, Forsaken Tempest
Type: Manga
Volumes: 7
Status: Ongoing
Published: Sep 7, 2009 to Present
Genres: Action, Mystery, Drama, Magic, Shounen, Psychological, Fantasy
Authors: Shirodaira Kyou, Sano Arihide (Story) Saizaki Ren (Art)

Yoshino Takigawa is visiting his friend's family grave. After getting there, he encounters Evangeline Yamato, a woman in search for his friend, Mahiro Fuwa, who left a month ago to find his family's killer without any clues to who it might be. Evangeline informs Yoshino that two places where Mahiro has been spotted have been quarantined, due to an epidemic.
When Evangeline is questioning Yoshino at gun-point, Mahiro comes out of nowhere and swiftly saves him and can stop bullets in mid-air, claiming to have a deal with a sorceress; not just any, but the strongest sorceress, Hakaze Kusaribe, who promised to help find his family's killer with her magic so he can kill the killer himself.
After saving Yoshino, Mahiro informs him about the epidemic, a curse that turns living things into metal, claiming the Kusaribe clan plans to revive the Tree of Zetsuen that could destroy the world.

To me with all the twists and turns at the beginning of the manga I felt confused at first. But when I got to the middle of the manga it made me so interested in it I couldn't stop. Well even at the beginning I couldn't stop reading it with all the mysteries the Author created. I really enjoy the Mangaka Shirodaira-san's works. I just so happen to came across his other works and found this manga and I do not regret it. Most of the characters are just so lovable and they is what makes this manga so interesting. With the Smart Protagonist Yoshino and the Charismatic Mahiro it makes the story more enjoyable. The Art itself is another topic just super. With all the magic and fights involves it's hard to put down this type of manga. Now I know Shakespeare's lines came straight at you since even the first page of the manga but it actually makes sense if you read further on. And so if you love mysteries and suspense genre types manga this is the one suited for you.
