I feel like it doesn't have much longer if it keeps this up.

Near dead last again? Last week it was #8. Correct me if I am wrong but this ranking covers chapter 356. You know, the chapter that "skipped so many continents".

I dont see Toriko ending this year. It would of gotten a notice by now like Gintama did if it was ending this year. It might end next year.

If you go by the 8-chapter ranking system, this ranking should be for ch.357.

Fixed the ToC. The store my friend buys Jump from stopped selling it early, so I went with what I found online before I went to sleep. Thanks ShanksHaki for pointing it out.

Alright, cool. I actually was happier with the false rankings but I guess it's not too different. At least World Trigger is doing good again

Huh? Why are ESJ bringing over the Assassination Classroom special chapters, but they didn't do the main series? That doesn't make a lot of sense...

It makes sense if you think about the official release only. This Side Story follows Koro-Sensei's life outside of school, so fans of AC who only read the official releases won't have a problem of following this Side Story. However, VIZ would've had to play catch up with a lot of chapters for the main series to be added to ESJ.

Positive that Kimetsu no Yamba: Blade of Demon Destruction will get the axed.

Yuna - What was this one about again? I remember that it was too ecchi for us shonen jump despite food wars, food gasms. Power of haram at it’s finest?

Why will it get axed? AC just ended. Nothing is danger of being cut right now.

There's still 19 series there, which seems awfully high. If newbies don't do too well, I presume they will just can them and bring in a bunch of new ones and just continue until some stick. Kimetsu no Yaiba will be interesting, I personally thought the 2nd and 3rd chapters were much more solid than the first so maybe it will do better? Yuna did better too so it might. It's hard to tell actually, Bakuman seemed to say that if you don't get top 5 with your first ranking, then you're screwed. But both Samon and Mononofu had fairly bad rankings for their first few chapters but are now doing pretty well.

Why am I not surprised to see Black Clover at 2( I now OP is off the table this week, but still top 5 is great). It's really been getting interesting in the last few weeks. To me, it's takes the snippets of things I like about big name shonens and puts them together leaving out all the negative. Also Yami is a Boss character.

"Give Me a break.. Just as I was about to Awaken to my new hidden powers, you fools had to jump in.. How are you going to repay me for this?"

I also like that kinda like One Piece, Black Clover isn't putting all it's card on the table, there are still mysteries, people and the layouts of the other kingdoms that is hinted but not straight out told. Gives it an adventure feel similar to One Piece's promise of The Grand Line.

If people think it's Generic, let them. It doesn't have to shock the world with plot twists just provide a creative and fun story that makes it separates it from the others(even though some fans never stop comparing).

Um I'm sorry if this is a really easy question, I'm just really new to this whole ToC rankings, but why is it that sometimes certain shows don't actually appear on the rankings (for instance I've seen both Shokugeki and Boku no Hero not appear on the rankings for certain issue rankings)? Also how far back in terms of chapter numbers are the rankings compared to the current chapters out (because I've seen numerous people say how rankings were for previously published chapters)?

There are 2 cases of why a series doesn’t get ranked. Usually the rankings are results collected from 7 issues back from survay cards collected form the back of the magazine.

Case 1: It gets a color page, center colored, or get a special chapter. That is why Soma and Boku no hero didn’t get ranked in the issue that you were looking at

Case 2: 7 Issues ago the series took a break due to research, sickness, or required take one ever 3 issues due to concerns over the authors health (Oda), making the rank not count.
