Should there be a button on the Xbox 360 app that lets you change video quality?

I recently got premium, and I watch a ton of anime on my xbox. Its been bugging me lately that when I see if it says HD, its only 2 bars so the HD is not lit. I have a good connection and most of the time I can tell it is at least 720p, but it would be nice to know that im getting the highest possible quality, so I think that they should put a button in the settings section that is basically useless now that allows you to adjust the quality of videos. If you agree answer yes and if you disagree answer no. If you answer no please state why. Thanks!

I think it streams at the highest quality that it can stream at, Though my computer is and always will be millions of times better. I don't get how my computer can run 1080 just fine but my 360 struggles and freezes with standard.

I wont be using the 360 app for much longer but its a thing on most of there apps that there is no option to change quality and i would like to see it as an option like it is when we are on our PC's.
