I don't like these poll options. I would have chosen something along the lines of "Sometimes it can make an anime worse."

Only dislike fan service when it affects the actual plot itself and ends up not making sense. Like, a panty flash because of a breeze is ok if characters don't notice. If the characters do notice though, it shouldn't always be that the girl beats the crap out of the guy for herself wearing extremely short clothing. Other instances that don't make sense is like in HotD when the main dude uses the pink haired girl's breasts to balance a gun while he shoots zombies. It didn't really make sense to me as to why they HAD to do that.

For the most part though fan service accomplishes its goal, for me atleast

I really dislike fanservice involving oversexualization of female characters. It contribute to the misogyny and patriarchy in anime.

I wouldn't go as far to say it contributes to misogyny.

I could care less.
If the series has too much then I rather watch hentai and I still don't care.

It doesn't have to affect the quality, but usually it does. Most fan-service in anime feels forced and self-indulgent, often detracting from the story.

It depends. I get tired or like panties and females fan-servicing. It is just way to overdone for me to like it anymore. It is in that case that i think it makes the anime worse. I like male fan-service though. Of course if the Anime is good enough i just ignore it.

I like girl fanservice a lot lol, mmm Free. The guy fanservice can get excessive with huge boobs and such but if it isn't so exaggerated I don't mind it.

I don't mind fanservice as long as it's not excessive
