I have the same issue and just made a support ticket. The stupid thing about this is the fact the homepage lists the most current episodes (13 and 14 atm) as being released for premium users, but when I click on it, it doesn't play. It took me a bit to notice the different releasedate on the bottom right of the video stating it will be released on the 16th of march.
My best guess would be a region lock, but that normally carries a message saying so. This is the first show I've witnessed that simply uses a deviating release date, so I'm hoping it's a bug. Either way, I've made a support ticket, so I'll keep you guys posted when I get a response.
EDIT: I got an answer (basically what I expected): there's a different contract for Europe and the Middle East that forces Crunchyroll to release Kill La Kill 2 months later. So episode 14 showing as 16th of March even though it was released in January is on purpose and we'll sadly have to deal with it
