...Which makes much more sense for him to have a harem rather than some guy like Keitaro in Love Hina. At least the admiration is more justified here.
This is again a personal "I like it" vs. "I don't like it" matter *shrug*

p.s. I love the heroine in Vision of Escaflowne. She is also perfect as far as I remember, but I don't hear too many complaints about Hitomi being Mary-Sue.

As there already is an ongoing Sword Art Online discussion I'm afraid that even though it has spurred quite a few responses that I have no choice but to classify this as a duplicate topic and close it.
