Looking to watch To Love Ru. When I search using the Crunchyroll search tool, it's as if CR doesn't have the first season. But searching in google brings up the first season on CR. Why is that?

Because the anime was previously there but removed for one reason or another. For example Assassination Classroom used to be available to watch on CR but due to their partnership ending with Funimation the videos were removed. You can still see the anime there however there are no videos there too watch

I've been getting pop-up anime ads on my Android while using the CrunchyRoll app, and then salt in the wound, I had to block all notifications from the CrunchyRoll app because it was giving notifications at 10:30PM at night spamming me with anime ads.

Shame on you for doing this to paying customers! At no point should my show stop so you can display a pop-over interstitial ad. CR working on ads instead of fixing broken subtitles, forcing users to use 3rd party browser add-ons just to view CR in English.

I was wondering why there have been no show anticipation threads put up recently even though there have been several shows that have been announced. As it turns out, an error is preventing us from creating new threads as that kitty shows up immediately after trying to create a new thread.

I'm not at all sure I'm in the right place, but maybe someone here can help me. I can't get English subtitles on a show when I watch on my laptop, but can get them for the same show when I watch on mobile. How do I get English subs back on my laptop??? PS. I've had English subs work on all the shows I previously watched on my laptop

Okay CR, you're getting this here on the tail end of the giant thread running since 2014; because you've made it hella hard to locate any kind of proper support ticket system, and trying to create a new forum topic gets me the stupid cat, waving it's arms, telling me an error has occured.

Approximately an hour or so ago, I tried logging in with my laptop so I could watch in the other room. I got an Error 1015 page, indicated as from the CDN (Cloudflare) telling me I was rate limited. The page came immediately after hitting the login button.
I then tried closing browsers, flushing cached data & site cookies, the whole works, to try and fix this. None of this worked.
I also, stupidly suspecting maybe it was because I was already logged in there, logged out on my desktop. At which point the desktop was locked out of your services as well.

I tried accessing free content, no issues. video loaded fine, prefaced with an ad. So obviously my IP wasn't the issue.
FINALLY fixed it, after ~30 mins, by resetting my password. Now logged in on both machines, and can resume what I was about in the first dang place.

I don't think I have above average activity, I mostly stay perma-logged-in on the desktop, using the one laptop device very occasionally when I want to watch remotely. I don't use the mobile app, and I don't really use any site features beyond watching a video at a time. If my account was somehow compromised and/or has been subject to attempted attack... well you certainly didn't tell me about it.

This is the 2nd time this has occurred, I can't remember how I fixed it the time before last. You NEED to have a better user experience here, especially since you also don't have easy to find public support information. At the very least you need a custom page, or some kind of notice, explaining to me, your paying customer, why I am unable to even login to do basic account management. If someone is trying to hijack my account or somesuch, you should be letting me know via an email.

But anway, there's your bug report + hopefully reasonable demands/suggestions for improvement

They took down the page ages ago that had all the admins and mods on it and have no well placed link to support contact page that I have seen, not that it would matter much since, from personal experience, they barely respond or are nasty. They simply do not care.

This is the worst in years / the fans warned how CR would go downhill after Elation took over / I dont get it you have plenty of paying memberships customer service should be a top issue fORGET ABOUT DEVLOPING NEW ANIME WHo can watch 50 / 60 shows even if you had interest in all of them

Apparently CR doesnt even have their own staff anymore if you click on the CR staff it goes to Elation he only thing left is the news people

And why does Elation have a huge staff in Moldova do they even understand Japanese anime and American other world anime fans ? Do they even have anime there THey are one of the poorest countries in the world and I do feel sorry for therm but you get what you pay for I dont think anime is going to solve their issues

At least the threads are viewable again after a long "down time" for the forums where I keep seeing those cats. While I can read threads and make posts again, new threads still can't be created.
