I'm voting for SNAFU since I didn't watch the other one and I'm not really interested.

SNAFU. Hillarious, great characters, philosophical, some of the best dialogue and main character seen in a while. Refreshing usage of tropes (incest and trap). SNAFU was a quality show that is so deserving of the second season it's getting.

Watamote is plainly average. The comedy is okay, but very very forced. It simply doesn't have the charm to compete against a show like SNAFU.

I vote for Watamote this time. I'm not too concerned with either of these series, so I'll keep this brief.

I felt both of these series had their strong points and weak points. Watamote had Tomoko, SNAFU had Hachiman; Watamote had a slightly darker approach to school life, SNAFU had philosophical aspects that also portrayed school life in a different way, although not as different as Watamote. I felt both series started out strong but dragged in the middle. At the end of the day, I don't find either series particularly memorable (though I do like both of them). While SNAFU had more character interactions that I liked, I liked the few character interactions in Watamote better. Also, Watamote made me laugh more, had a main character I was more invested in, and appealed to me more in its last few episodes. So I choose Watamote.

SNAFU

This was a no doubter for me. My favorite show of the year. Hachiman, Yukino, Yui, and company. Each with their own quirks which makes it all the better. From Hachiman's monologues, to Yukino scathing criticism and brutal honesty, to Yui's all around good-natured and sweet personality. Made for great entertainment and some perspective of what a lot of viewers may have or may not have experienced in high school. Also, Hachiman staying true to himself when problems arose even if it meant him being the bad person. Well done. I know it may be a stretch for the fan girls/boys of AoT and KLK, but I'd so love SNAFU to beat them. That's the end of my cheerleading for now!

SNAFU

I liked both of these series, but Hachiman pushes SNAFU over the top for me.

SNAFU because of the voice actresses! Hayami Saori <3 and Touyama Nao <3

Watamoe was kinda funny but then overall, it's pretty boring

Oh damn. Haha, I didn't vote at all in Battle 3 cuz I never watched any. Even if I did, it still wouldn't make a difference.

ANYWAY, BATTLE #4:

Sorry GoldTStar, but I have to choose:

SNAFU - why? Because Hachiman, that's why. He was generally a really great character to watch. Hell, I even enjoyed watching Saika.

I vote for Watashi ga Motenai no wa dō Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui!
Because I would love to see WataMote in the semi-finals... it's one of the greatest anime I've had the pleasure of watching last year.

but it's up against such a tough competitor...

Vote goes to My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU

SNAFU has Hachiman and his monologues, and a second season coming up. Both shows deal with social outcasts, and they were both clever in their own ways. However, Watamote was too poignant for me and I couldn't enjoy watching it.

This one seems like it should be a SNAFU landslide.

My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU

Both shows tell the story of introverts who refuse to change their ways. Tomoko is never confident in her own personality, and always want to change, and never does. She's cute in her own way, but still pretty much unpleasant. Hachiman, on the other hand, while still being pretty unpleasant, is more or less very confident in his own worldview and lifestyle. That and his brainy monologues earn him bonus points with me.

Not only with the main character, I think SNAFU is superior to Watamote in many ways. It was more enjoyable to watch, experience, and think about. It's hard to elaborate further on what I consider to be a one-sided superiority. I'd honestly be surprised if it loses here.

Watamote was a good series but at times it was difficult to watch which is why I stopped watching at episode 5/6.

SNAFU on the other hand was an awesome anime, Hachiman is one of favorite characters. My vote goes to SNAFU.

Nooooooo!! Don't make me choose.

This one I'm going to have to think on.
