Food is friggen expensive so I don't feel guilty spending half my paycheck each week on food. I'd say about $150/wk, so around 600 a month. Holy hot damn

before i quit eating it, i'd probably spend close to 100 a month on just candy alone, not counting sodas and all the other junk food

By myself it's about $250.
Though the cost of living is relatively cheap in Oklahoma, so in a big city in Cali it'd be around the equivalent of ~350-500 (I'm solely basing the price difference off of the price per pound of beef, price per loaf of bread, and price per gallon of milk.)

Just use Engel's Law to get a rough estimate. Though, the better question then would be "how much do you make per month?".

by the way, I spend around $220-ish. depends on the month.

Oh man, that's a toughie. One night we might just make hamburger helper (super cheap) and the next have some rib eye steaks (not cheap). Maybe $400 a month? Does vodka count in this? >.>

Close to $200 counting beer (because craft beer is life, duh.) Luckily I mostly use Costco and their organic prices are pretty good.

I live with one other person, and our food expenses total to ~ ¥70000. We eat out a few times a week.

£600ish a month, and perhaps£200 on eating out. Some months more on going out,the wife also works, , so sometimes at the weekend you just say sod it let's eat out.
