Ok, that's a little weird, actually... When someone cancels a free trial, in the past, the premium benefits have always been revoked immediately the same day, not some future date...

The account/login info itself doesn't go away, just the premium crown, in your case. I'm not sure if that's immediate, or if it might take a few minutes to an hour though.

You would only be charged if you don't cancel before the date that the trial is due to run out. There isn't a charge on your card until then.

If you want to remove the login account entirely after you cancel, once you see your crown disappear, then there is another /nuke page for that.

If you just started your free trial, it takes 24-48 hours to verify your billing information, and you can cancel once that's done. This will cancel your Premium benefits immediately, though.

Crunchyroll has been deducting $ from my paypal account. I signed up for the Free Trial expecting it to end with that. I haven't watched anything on this website at all. It says I'm a regular member even though it's saying I'm paying for it? Ridiculous.

Delete my membership, please.

If it's not reflecting on your account, you likely created a second account by accident. Contact us in support and we'll have a look at it. (Provide the email address of your paypal account, so we can find it quickly).

Hi,
I also need to help to cancel my free trial. I took free trial or membership by mistake and I don't want to use Cruncyroll. But whenever I use contack Us it says 'Please choose a problem category.' so I can't send my cancelliaton mail. I would be happy if you can help

What does it say after Membership type on that page: /acct/membership

Do you have the word "Recurring" as the next line below that?

Your profile page has you listed as "Normal" not premium, and there's no premium icon after your username...

It does say normal but I signed up for a 2 week trial on my ps4. It ends today, if it doesn't say neither of these things what else can be done.

Is your queue the same between your ps4 and this web account? Try changing one and see if it reflects in the other.
