This is my jtav001 vote
[ouch just barely got here in time]

Voting for Shiroe, who would win the brodown by being higher-leveled, and using his scribe skills to get Ginko to sign a contract containing fine print stating Ginko's loss.

My vote:

Shiroe wins the match by having getting Ginko drunk on kouki and having his army of loli take compromising pics of him, forcing Ginko to forfeit out of dishonor.

This is My Vote

Faux Forest

Shiroe is walking through a bright forest to scout the area. As he completes a particular step, he feels ice grip his arms and legs, holding them in place. He shudders and closes his eyes for a moment. When he opens them, he sees a forest whose leaves are covered with a dark tint and whose trees are separated by pieces of darkness itself. He looks down to see damp soil beneath his feet. When he looks up again, the pattern of trees and leaves appears shifted, and the leaves on the edges of his vision are moving in the absence of wind. With the icy grip now gone, he continues walking, taking each of his steps in such a way that the air in front of his legs is bent rather than broken and that the sound waves from his footsteps are immediately absorbed by the soil. Through Shiroe’s lens-covered eyes, the forest becomes increasingly denser as he walks through it, indicated by the presence of more and more dark-tinted leaves gathering not only at the edges of his vision, but at the front of his vision as well. He tries brushing the leaves aside, but his hand meets only air. Shiroe blinks and tries again, but the result is the same. At this, the icy grip takes hold of his legs once again and digs deep into them with needle-like fingernails. Even after a minute of standing silently in place, Shiroe feels no sign of the grip letting go of his legs. The pieces of darkness between the trees begin shifting in place; parts of them break off against adjacent trees and swim through the air over to Shiroe’s forehead, where they take the form of sweat drops and slide down into Shiroe’s brow, freezing it over. Shiroe opens his mouth to scream, but is stopped when a hand falls onto his shoulder and sends warmth trickling down his back and down to his legs, where it melts the icy grip. Shiroe turns to see a man with white hair and one visible jade green eye pointed at him and holding a white cigar between two fingers on his other hand. The man raises the cigar to his mouth, puffs, turns his head to the ground, and blows a stream of white smoke at the soil. The soil immediately scurries backward and gathers in tight clumps around the many trees. Words appear in a circle within Shiroe’s eyes and travel on a line through his glasses and over to the white-haired man, but the man simply closes his eyes, allowing the words to bump into his lids and fall to the ground. With his eyes still closed, the man takes another puff on his cigar and blows a cloud of white smoke out to the leaves of the trees around him. The smoke clings to the leaves and travels down the trees’ trunks down to the roots. The trees begin to shake lightly, and some of their leaves begin falling to the soil below. With his eyes still closed and his hand still on Shiroe’s shoulder, the unfamiliar man walks forward, leading Shiroe along. As the two continue along the path out of the forest, some trees occasionally rustle and lean in, as if to block the men’s path, but a single puff from the white cigar drives them back. Eventually, the two surface into daylight. The white-haired man hands Shiroe a vial containing a pale green liquid. Shiroe raises the vial to his lips and pours the liquid into his mouth. Within seconds, the leaves blocking his vision begin to recede at a gradual pace. He looks up to see the man smiling at him. The man gives a brief thumbs up before turning around and heading back into the forest.

Ginko wins by saving Shiroe from a dangerous mushi-related incident.

Stupid timer discrepancies.

Mine said zero ten seconds before Kakashi's "30 seconds left" post.

I don't know why the timer shows different times for different people... Must be a bug with it or something.
