There's the original, GX, 5D's, ZeXal, and Arc-V. I haven't watched since 5D's.

Hey now, 5D's was pretty good at the beginning. So was Aki's character. Then things just kinda went downhill in the middle of season 2.

"Don't Watch It" was from YGO! Abridged.

It was pretty solid. Even when it tanked, it had great moments.

Those great moments were just tempered with terri-bad moments like "END YOUR GODDAMN TURN!"

SNL's take on NFL's recent problems.

But did that stop Kabato from pursuing her Onii-sama?

Or Sena, Kabato?

This is my vote

In the land of the rising sun, many years back in a time that seems so long ago. There is a field that would look like any other field in this time of war and slaughter. Bodies lay on the ground and the dying let out their quite whimpers as they awaited their fate that would soon lead them to rejoin the very earth on which they lay. There was only one man, or better classified as a god, that was sitting in this field of slaughter. And here is where our story begins...

Yatogami's Tale of Change

Sitting on a lonely rock in this field of death, is the God of Calamity known as Yatogami, or Yato. With an exasperated sigh, he lays down is silent, but bloody Shinki and speaks out with no intention to be heard, "Time and time again, all I do is kill and kill. I'll never be anything more than a God who can only bring misfortune to any that see me." The only response that was give was the soft breeze that blew through the trees and rustled the leaves.

Yato closed his eyes and tried to enjoy this short bit of piece before the next wish was cast for him to fulfill. And for this moment he forgot about all the death that lay around him. Then there was a rustle in the grass behind that took Yato away from these fantasies and brought him back to the reality at hand. He grabbed his blade and spun around with the full intention to slice whomever dared to still stand in this cruel battlefield dominated by a god. Only to swing at nothing there.

That's when he heard a small voice come from below his blade, "Uncle, you sure surprised me there. What are you so afraid of?" Astonished, Yato looked down to see who was the owner of this voice. Only to be surprised again due to the fact that this voice that reached out to him on this field, belonged to the owner of a small child who was wearing strange clothes this god had never seen before. "Kid what are you doing in this field? It's too dangerous to just stand around here, don't you know who I am?" said Yato in an inquisitive tone. "I don't know who you are Uncle, but I could ask the same to you. Why are you around all these dead people?" replied the boy.

Yato, fathomed by the boy's question, felt a slight anger well up inside him, no human has ever been so relaxed around him, let along a human child. Yato, with an edge in his voice, answered the kid's question, "I'm known as the God of Calamity otherwise known as Yatogami. I'm the one that killed these dead people, what do you plan to do about it kid?" Yato said these words with the hopes that the kid would run in fear in the hopes that he could go back to enjoying the peace he was enjoying before his next request. But the kid eyes didn't waver and he just stood there, only to calmly reply, "Uncle, it's not very nice to kill people, even if they were bad people. I can see that you actually have a good heart, so what makes you cause such horrible things?"

Yato felt furious and he couldn't understand why. He didn't understand why this kid looked so strange and for what reason this kid had for standing in this field of death. "Because I can't exist without doing so kid! I live a cursed fate of nothing but killing and I have and always will do this! I bring calamity to all who stand before me!" proclaimed the god.

The kid simply stood there for a moment before answering, "Uncle, everyone has a choice in their fate. There's always a different way of doing things. Sometimes people go through despair and can't think of escaping their situation. I'm sure there's something else you'd rather be doing."

Yato, baffled, was taken aback for a second. He realized why this kid made him so angry, it's because the kid made him face the reality of how much he hated himself for all he's done and his inability to face this reality and change it. He fell back onto the rock below from this shock and tears started to form in his eyes. "What can I do? I never asked for any of this, all I've ever wanted was to help people, but I can never escape the people who want me this way!" yelled Yato.

The boy gave a large grin and simply replied with, "Don't worry Uncle, something tells me one day you'll meet someone to break you from these chains, until then, why don't you try and save people instead of hurt them? It might seem like a small step, but I'm sure that one day it'll come to mean a whole lot."

Yato wiped his eyes. He felt the happiest about his situation for the first time in a long time. He didn't know why, but he felt that this kid's words held a wisdom that far exceeded that any god could possibly posses. It brought a hope that he thought had long left his cursed life. "Who are you even kid? You don't seem like a normal boy in the first place. Normally kids can't even see me in the first place."

The kid introduced himself for the first time, "My name's Aladdin and I don't know where this is. The Rukh told me that someone really needed my help so I followed them."

"What's this thing called Rukh?" questioned Yato. Aladdin was about to respond when a bright swarm of what looked liked butterflies surrounded him. "Wait! Don't go yet! Who is this person you spoke of!" yelled Yato.

Aladdin responded, "Sorry Uncle, it seems I have to leave. Maybe we'll meet again some day!" and with a flash of light, he disappeared.

Yato, stunned could only mutter, "I hope it's at least a cute girl..."

Aladdin wins by bringing hope into Yato that would eventually change him into the guy we all know.

(First attempt at a long story in quite awhile and my first at a serious story of this scale. Dialogue may seem awkward and there may be some flaws. Hopefully I get better with practice )
