Absolutely Horrendous "update"! Crunchyroll took a perfectly good working Roku interface and destroyed it. There is nothing about this new interface that is good.Its terrible to navigate and absolutely frustrating.Please scrap it and bring back the interface that we had.It was perfectly functional.

Not a big fan of the update. Only thing i felt was missing before was the "updated recently" list. This update just doesnt feel user friendly. is there a way to revert to the old one?

*Sigh* You guys still don't get it - the app doesn't have "issues". It's broken. We don't want the app "improved", we want it replaced with an app that has the full functionality and intuitive UI of the old one (which your next round of "improvements" doesn't even begin to address).

I've tried to make this updated UI work for me, but it's more of a headache than an update. The older UI was much more user friendly than this update. Something that is lost in this new UI is the ability to navigate from episode to episode in the queue. The new queue is a dead queue. It should update to the next episode upon completion of the previous episode. In the new UI, I have to search out the anime I want to watch and navigate the episodes from there, which requires a bit of work on our part. If we can't have the old UI back, at least improve upon the new UI. I know you guys mean well with the update, but why fix something that wasn't broken?? Please and thank you.

I previously stated that I was thinking about canceling my membership because of the inconvenience of this Roku update (my prime anime viewing device for about 95% of what I watch). But after using it for a couple of days I've decided it works well enough that I'm not going to do something that drastic.

I've gotten kind of used to not using my queue anymore, and I sort of treat it like the Funimation app now- with the easiest way to find shows being the alphabetical search.

That being said, I would still prefer a rollback to the previous app. I'm just willing to live with this if I have to....though there will be grumbling.

Do NOT like the new app at all, still slow loading videos, lost features I like ... Like many others ... I WANT THE OLD APP BACK - OR FIX THIS ONE!

Big problems with the new Roku app (at least on my older Roku, maybe better on new?):
> 1. I can select a series to watch, but there is no way to select an episode within that series-- you are forced to watch whatever the app thinks is the next one in line. Makes it impossible to rewatch episodes at your choosing. This is HUGELY annoying! The remote does NOT respond as the "Help" says it should.

> 2. Scrubbing to a different position in the video is far worse, now. Before, you got thumbnails, so it was easy to pick the one that was, say, past the opening credits. Now, you just have to kind of fast forward and watch the screen-- that is a giant leap backwards, from random access to linear, kind of like having to fast forward the casette tape to get to the part of the song you want, instead of skipping to that part like with a CD. You're giving us the casette experience now, when we had the CD experience. Big step backwards.

The only thing that seems better is that is looks prettier, but as far as ease of use and functionality, the upgrade is a mess. I'd rather drive a beater that handled great than have a concept car that couldn't make it to the end of the driveway! Honestly, the people who program these apps should be forced to use them!

1) Controls not intuitive
2) Too many button presses required to navigate to shows.
3) Can't skip forward with screenshots anymore.
4) No button to skip to the next episode while episode is playing
5) Doesn't automatically queue up next episode when current episode reaches credits.
6) Fast forwarding is just trash now. I can't effectively skip intros and credits any faster than it takes to just watch them for the 3 minutes they waste of my life every god damn 22 minute episode.

Please just revert to the old UX or copycat a company that pays a UX designer, like Netflix

I cant see any way to do a search thru the Roku application. Also - theres no way to pick a different episode. How is this better?

I find the lack of a "Restart" option highly annoying as the only way to watch something again is to basically rewind it which I am finding more and more tedious. Also, it would be nice to scroll through all episodes instead of only being able to watch the most recent episode or next in line without searching for the series that is already in my queue and hunting for it that way.

Up until a few days ago I had nothing but great things to say about the Crunchyroll Roku app and hope that some of these issues are resolved soon. It was great and I am sure it can be again but some of these things need to be fixed/modified ASAP.
