Total fail I can't even play one episode it says check connection/ account!

hate the new app!! its pain to watch older episodes of previous shows, you have to rewind manually for ages to get back to the beginning and half the time my app loads 100% a video then says, this video can not be displayed, please check my connection, and theres nothing wrong with my connection

back to messing around with my laptop to watch episodes again, until they sort it out. very dissapointed. I got a roku box to make watching crunchyroll easier, but now its just a pain

This works horribly on the roku 3.

Please roll this back. It's totally counter intuitive. Searching for shows has gotten harder and I can't seem to navigate this right.
It's way harder to look for shows now. Please revert to the old version.

This is counter intuitive.

This also makes searching through episodes that much harder. Starting off on the first episode may make sense for short series, but for shows like Hunter x Hunter it's a huge pain.
Not being able to go backward is also annoying.

You need to upload a tutorial on the crunchy roll app itself.

The new version on the roku is the definition of bad. I look at a series I can no longer see if I have watched the episode and other going to history. Once, I find where I left off I can't advance to the next episode.

Overall, more adds and less useful!

The video quality on mine is absolutely horrendous. And no, it's not my Internet connection. I tried Netflix and quality is perfect. Apart from a nicer looking UI, this is a huge step back.

Premium member chiming in to agree with what everyone else has said. The new update is visually nice, but the loss of functionality is a killer. Please roll it back until the update is more usable!

What he said. I'll be using my HTPC and a browser to watch CR now. Too bad. I really kinda liked the old interface even though playback was SD only.

Re-rated via Roku down to 1 Star.

1) This UI is horrible.

2) Try going into settings one time, you can't even get out of it.

3) You have no Categories / Genres, even though the ones you have listed on the site are totally wrong and the old Roku app on had a max of 50 per Category.

4) Slow as hell and none of the images are Cached locally, which in turn causes the Roku to re-download everything, ever time you change a screen!!

5) Not all shows are showing up still, that has always been par for the course for Roku users. Which you would be forced to search for a show.

What they said. Another premium member, disappointed in CR picking style over substance. Return the old app until this one works properly!

I hate that I can't see where I am in the show when fast forwarding or rewinding.
It makes skipping spoiler filled intros that much harder.

I hate the new update. The old one was ten times better.
